I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Unfortunately, we do not have family room in the hotel. This is the reason why you were unable to make a reservation for two adults and one child. You have requested a family room from our Accor customer service, but for security and legal reasons, we cannot accommodate more than two people in our rooms. That's why we've assigned you a connecting room. As for the size of our rooms, we are aware that for our customers the size of our rooms is important, which is why we specify it on all our websites.
