I recently dined at Mercure Sohar's restaurant and had a lovely time. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. I was particularly impressed with the service provided by Jena, a friendly and helpful Thai staff member. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience that I would recommend to others. Best Jena ever

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel experience overall was positive. But there were a few issues such as leaking pipes, issues with my booking and only one access card given. Otherwise very happy with the experience. Food was good as well but limited options.

Ambience Are Also Super...very good staff..very good service given by all team in restaurant 👍👍particularly Mr Gautam Sharma. 👍👍👍👍 Everyday Room Cleaning Regularly By Mr Aasman..His work is Very Good & All housekeeper are supportive .. Good support from Reception as well. Good Room service 👍👍👍 Only improvement needed is they should give more options in veg food and should start tava in kitchen..... Swimming Pool Is Also Neat & Clean....Our Experience Is Nice...All Service Are Good....Even Chef helped us to For Indian Food.. Specially Chef Ahmed...Hotel location is Nearest City Area..I recommend This Hotel Property like ⭐⭐⭐⭐...When u will u visit nd stay this hotel 👍👍👍👍

Everything was amazing, we came late time at night and there was Mr. Mansoor he gave us very good room with pool view and he helped us me and my friend he did great. Also the place was very comfortable and quiet. that time there was no dental kit and slippers in the and the reception guy provide us with everything we need
