The hotel has a good location. Close to a metro station and a few shopping malls. Room is sufficient for ibis sizes. Also the breakfast was reasonable for an ibis hotel, but unfortunately the time for breakfast is on the short side, from 07:00 to 09:30. A plus is that there is a coin laundry. Only it is a pity that there is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer.

The toilet kept clogging even when we only flushed one piece of paper down. It happened at least once every day. Hotel service came to fix it and left the bathroom in a mess with piss and poo on the ground and carried the toilet parts across the room which dripped every where in our room. It was definitely like i was living in a sewer. Highly do not recommend the stay here unless you like living in a pile of crap.

We stayed at the Ibis Ambassador Hotel in Busan in March 2025. Overall, it was an average stay. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the metro lines and underground shopping mall, making it a good base for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were a few downsides. The breakfast selection was disappointing, lacking variety and quality. Items were not replenished leaving the food stale, cold and not fresh. Additionally, as an Accor Live Limitless Platinum member it entitles you to a free welcome drink, however the choice was quite limited (peach juice or coffee only), which was a bit underwhelming. If you’re looking for a well-located and clean hotel with friendly service, this could be a decent option, but don’t expect much from the breakfast or extra perks.

It is a hotel where I go on a business trip to Busan and stay sometimes on weekends. There is a large traditional market, Bujeon Market, near the hotel, so there are a lot of things to see and buy. The rooms are also clean, and it's easy to stay in. If you are a little dissatisfied with this stay, it is clean, but the condition of the washbasin and shower booth in the room looks old and you feel the need to replace it. Why don't the hotel manager check the status of all the room conditions?

Huge change since last Oct 24. I stayed at that time and it was not an enjoyable experience. This time around it was like a different hotel. I dont often mention names but if everyone was like Regina this place would be fully booked all the time. Nothing was a problem, some small issues in the room that were attended to promptly, they did not impact the stay at all. The breakfast too was a huge improvement. Greater attention to everything and tables also cleaned, unlike before. I reccomend staying here, even though reception is on the top floor.
