The best restaurant food I have had in a very long time! The barramundi was literally melt in the mouth. Thank you chef 😍 very reasonably priced too. Accommodation also very comfy and staff really delightful. A very affordable and comfortable motel which I highly recommend. This was my second stay. Spoil yourself!

The two most crucial elements in motel stay were superb - soft beds and totally silent room. Breakfast was great (I mean, who can stuff up breakkie??), but restaurant for dinner was unimpressive. My wife is a chef and therefore pretty fussy, but I think I’d score my meal a 3. We’ll stay there again (including breakfast), but look for dinner elsewhere.

We stayed for one night here, arrived late in the evening past 10:00pm. Thankfully they have a 24 hour reception. Check-in was smooth, we got a late checkout at 11:00 am. As Platinum members, we got a nice gift or chocolates in the room (many thanks!), and the complementary drink vouchers. We also got the free breakfast, although the very friendly person at check-in had not added our room number to the 'allowed' list, and we had to show our card to the staff at breakfast time. Breakfast was the standard fare, and very average. The room was fine, although we did find the bed very soft, and not firm enough. Convenient car parking was just outside the room too. The only complaint was that the key card did not work when we went to the room, which resulted in a walk back to reception. And neither did it work after 10:00 am (which is the official check-out time); which resulted in more than one walk to reception to resolve. Why is it that when check-in staff provide a late checkout, they cannot configure the key card to the correct check-out time !! So frustrating.

Do not bother.

Good location for what I needed. Rooms were ok. However I did not get the room I booked and paid for. No one cared. I agreed to stay in the room I was given with the understanding I'd be refunded the difference. This did not happen. I have tried to resolve this many different ways with no success. No one replies let alone tries to help. Staff do not care, blame everything on old computer system or on "other staff". As a gold member of the Accor group I do not suggest anyone stays here, waste if my time and money. Have never been so angry at a hotel before.

We booked in on New Years Eve, after travelling from Brisbane, so were weary, and wanting a nice room service dinner..... only to be informed after checking in, that the restaurant was closed. We made other arrangements for dinner, returned to our room to discover there were no wine glasses and only one chair. Upon checking in I had noticed a sign on the counter saying free continental breakfast...... did not read the fine print.... my fault.... at breakfast, typical continental breakfast, cereals, fruit, toast etc., we were asked if we wanted breakfast charged to our room...... oh, free breakfast is only for those who sign up for some IBIS promotion....so $25 each, with a $5.60 surcharge for using a credit card. The shower had mould in the wall. Not happy IBIS you will not see us again.
