Great hospitality. The accommodation, service, location, cleanliness, safety are all on point I just love Ibis whether home or abroad. Ibis hotel Ikeja is affordable and quite comfortable. I will gladly recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Staff response, attitude and it's standards are not really comply with the SOP's of accor hotels. Management of accor hotels needs to closely check on their daily operations. IBIS Ikeja - Lagos is not at all the brand of accor hotels. This is just a shabby hotel no ethics in valuing Guest. This hotel needs typical training to the entire team especially your front office & your f&b service team. When upon seek for any requests it seems they are not willing to serve guest, their appearance towards guests are not welcoming. Front office team needs exclusive training to approach guest. It is to appreciate the front office team to strictly monitor the movements of the guest, that's not mean that they could knock guest rooms in middle of the night and wake them in their sleep and demanding to pay advance for extending stay at the middle of the night. Night receptionist Mr Oluwefemi no hand overs between team he took. Privilege of calling to guest room several time, and knocking the door to several extend and finally he was about to enter my room in the middle of the night to confirm whether a guest in the room and demand for pay. This is ridiculous behaviour of the staff. Despite the guard who was on duty saw me entering to the hotel and even he received me with greetings, the same guard comes with the night front desk staff to knock my room.what kind of ethics these ibis hotel staff of Ikeja Lagos do really follow????? Unbelievable. Accor management team has to send an mystery audit team to review it's brand standards. Really accor hotels Need seriously to consider my review for updating it's service standards.

What a disappointment. The service is extremely slow. Waited three hours for food ordered as room service. They also tried to scam me out of cash as they would say they dont have change upon which I insisted on getting my change. Rooms are clean but very small. In general the service and food was slow and disappointing and I will definitely not return.

Property seems old but not well maintained, rooms having some sort of smell. Only thing I liked was shower pressure and availability of hot water every time. Accessibility to the property is easy and enough car parking space available for weekend

The staff are absolutely fantastic, it was a pleasant experience, Courteous and professional, I can not fault the hotel. From the moment I checked in and right to the end, it was a delight. The breakfast was also good but it would be nice to have more tea variety. I would also like to say that the safety and health of everyone was not compromised as everybody followed the Covid-19 regulations and social distancing.
