Its a perfect place to stay in Lagos. Very close to both local and international airport and this is good and convenient for traveling out of Lagos early in the morning or coming into Lagos with very late flight.

I enjoyed my stay at ibis Ikeja. The members of staff were quite courteous and pleasant especially Ms Olabisi. I quite liked the fact that the gym was open 24 hrs and the food at the restaurant was really delectable. I would have given the hotel 5 out of 5 but for the carpet in the hallway which was a bit of a let down . And the room a a bit small . Other than that, it was amazing.

The hotel always deliver. I have stayed here a couple of times and I won't hesitate to come back. It is a comfortable hotel located in a good areas with easy access to the city centre. Ambience is very good and a lot of stores around the corner

My stay at the Ibis Lagos Ikeja was quite a peaceful and pleasant stay. As usual, the breakfast spread was fantastic, the staff were attentive and polite, the room was small but neat and comfortable and the overall ambiance was peaceful.

I have stayed for 5 nights in Ibis Lagos Ikeja. The room needs a renovation. It was a bit dirty (I found some ants on my pillow and desk). I have asked the hotel to move me to another better room but they refused and told me all the rooms are the same. The location is not really good, there are no restaurants outside and nothing really outside (scary at night). The gym at the hotel is really so dirty and need renovation and not all equipment work (most are broken). I have not tried the swimming pool because I believe they don't change the water and it would be dirty as the gym so I didn't want to take any risks. I liked somehow the breakfast (salad bar, boiled eggs, and other options available for vegeterians and non vegetarians).

I was disappointed at the room appearance, it look tacky, walls were not clean and sheets seemed unforeseen. The towels in the bathroom are not white looking any longer. The tv did not provide the required entertainment and even assurances from the front desk that the technician was working did not yield any improvements. I think they had that standard answer for all such phone calls, as they had the normal DStv error codes on about 4different channels.

I was embarrassed by cancellation of my reservation the last time I was to stay. Despite the fact that I informed the hotel that I’ll be arriving by 6pm cos my flight had a delay, the hotel went ahead and cancelled the reservation only for me to get there by 6pm with my family and learnt the bad news.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and suitable for short stay. The staff were polite, courteous and helpful during my stay. The food was good but there was limited choices during breakfast buffet.

- Arrival : The hotel's airport shuttle took forever to arrive at the airport, when it eventually arrived, it was a salon car and the driver had picked another passenger with their luggage so there wasn’t enough room for all the luggage in the boot. So some of the cases were put in the back of the car on the passenger seat and I and my husband had to squeeze in beside them. - Delayed check in: We weren’t checked in on arrival because of a mix up with Accor taking payments. We thought we had booked the advance room and paid at booking. The reception staff told us Accor did not take advance payments for their bookings. This was rather, confusing as we made the booking on the Accor website and received a confirmation email with a zero balance i.e nothing to pay at the hotel. This continued till late into the night settled only after we called Accor customer services. The customer service agent over the phone suggested a hold be placed on my husband's card pending a further check on our bank account to confirm that no advance payment had been taken prior. - The first room (Rm 516) : Getting off the elevator, you are hit with a loud noise from the air conditioning unit on that floor. The bed was hard and gave me back pain by the second night . The curtains in the room were torn and shower door didn’t close properly. Water from the shower was leaking onto the floor so I requested to change my room - Restaurant : Food was just okay and the restaurant staff were polite and helpful. At times different meals on the buffet and juice were not being replenished. Unfortunately I also had eggshells in my friend egg, but my worst turn off were the flies (not something you would expect at an Accor). - Checkout : We had a late flight out of town (10pm). The receptionist reluctantly permitted late check out until 4pm as an Accor silver member. We did have to wait at the reception with our luggage for 2hours before we got the airport shuttle to the airport. The return ride was much better. - At check out we were charged again for the 8night stay and the initial hold on the account which was placed at check in was not released until after a week. I did write to Accor to point out the double charge before the hold was released. This caused my family further inconvenience. No apologies received - Accor points: I still haven’t been awarded Accor points for my stay. Accor advised the reason being that I did not stay in the room myself - I can’t imagine why they think that.

Just a normal hotel with pros and cons.The location is okay at least for me to reach the office. It's clean and the staff is friendly even there are to busy with them self and the guests have to wait to long. The rooms have been clean too so that has been okay. 25% of the room locker are out of order for one or another reason

Stayed two nights and the food was expensive and tasteless. Room was very basic with old TV.Sheets were clean and so was our room. Breakfast fast was okay. Overall just a pretty basic hotel not suitable for a weekend getaway. Mostly used for transiting to the airport

My mate mentioned how much of a déjà vu it is having used similar Ibis recently. The finishing of the walls in the rooms were beginning to age. The TV remote did not quite work and the TVs are old now. The breakfast buffer was so rowdy one morning there were a pile of people waiting for utensils and the used spaces were not being cleared out fast enough.It was great to get the morning shuttle to catch the flight, however.

Good location. The rooms are not big enough for a family of three or four. The staff need to render a helping hand to customers with more than one suitcase. The receptionist were friendly and prompt. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Overall, its a good stay, the room is comfortable. the location at least for my activities in Lagos, is very accessible.But there is poor internet connectivity inside the rooms. i have to come to the corridors to have access to internet.

The location of the hotel is great, The bed was good and I slept well. But upon check-in, the room was stuffy and I had to freshen it up with my air fresher. The electronic key to my room was not functional throughout my stay of 2 nights and a hotel staff accompanied me from the reception to open my room door manually anytime I exited the room. This was a major disappointment.

My Stay Was Quite Satisfactory, Like My Other Visit. However, I noticed a Slight Decrease in Room Decoration and Overall Cleanliness. The Food Remained Quite Ok and the Bar needs More RED WINE BRANDS.

Fine place to stay. Ease of access and within town. Superb breakfast. My only reservation was the price of bottled water which sold for #800. Even when I lost my key card, it was replaced at no cost. Nice place.
