Dear Customer, We are sincerely sorry to learn that your experience at our hotel did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us because it helps us identify areas that need improvement. We would like to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously. We are closely examining the issues you mentioned, including the need to renovate our facilities. We inform you that work is planned for the beginning of 2025. Concerning the plastic sheet of your bed, it is a sheet which is obligatory for hygiene reasons. In addition, we will immediately investigate the problem of the air conditioning in your room in order to to resolve it effectively. We hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a much more enjoyable experience on your next visit. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything possible to rectify any issues. Once again, we thank you for your comments and for your patience.
