Habitación agradable Si me admiten un consejo estaba fría Difícil poder encender el radiador porque está colocado debajo de la mesa y no se podía encender

Muy buen servicio al cliente en la noche, cosa que cambia por la mañana las personas que atienden por la mañana no te dan acceso a tu habitación por medio del parking del hotel y te hacen bajarte de tu vehículo e irte a identificar. En mi caso una persona muy prepotente me dijo que mi check out era a las 12 y que el parking tiene un costo a lo que le conteste que eran las 11:06 AM y que me dejara acceder a la habitación después de hacer malos gestos un rato abrió el parking. El cuarto del hotel es bastante amplio y cómodo tristemente la estancia es poco agradable, al entrar encontré una toalla doblada pero en el suelo de la regadera, el suelo de la ducha es bastante resbaloso (no recomendable para gente mayor). El desayuno es muy pobre. (Aunque venga incluido recomiendo salir del hotel) Este hotel tiene todo para tener unas 4 estrellas lástima que su personal no sea atento con los clientes.

Regarding your experience in the room, we are sorry to hear that you found some shortcomings in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Your feedback on this is valuable to us as it helps us identify areas where improvements are needed. The towel on the shower floor and the shower mat to put on the floor. Our hotel opened in 2012 and has been validated by the safety commission. We also had prevention stickers added as well as a grab bar at the exit of the shower. Our technical and floor teams are working to find a rougher floor. Regarding breakfast, we regret that our offers did not meet your expectations. We offer pastries, sweet, savory, local products, fruit. We will send the information to our breakfast service in order to further improve our buffet. However, we remain open to any suggestions that would allow us to improve. Your feedback is valuable to us and we are committed to using this information to make meaningful improvements to our facility. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to show you the progress we have made.
