Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are sincerely sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with the air conditioning in your room. We fully understand how uncomfortable it must have been to stay in a room that was too warm, especially after reporting the issue several times and being assured that it would be resolved. Unfortunately, we did not meet the level of service and responsiveness that we strive to provide, and for this, we sincerely apologize. We also regret the shortcomings you encountered during breakfast. The availability of tableware and breakfast items should be consistently maintained, and we understand your frustration at having to repeatedly request basic items such as plates, glasses, bread, and yogurt. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with the relevant departments. We are taking steps to improve both the follow-up of maintenance requests and the organization of our breakfast service to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Novotel team
