Hello We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the room change at check-in, the unavailable bathtub and the air conditioning issue. We understand that being offered a fan instead of functioning air conditioning was not a satisfactory solution, especially during a family stay. We also regret that you felt your concerns were not taken seriously and that you did not receive the level of assistance you expected from our team. Your comments regarding the condition of the beds, Wi-Fi connection and overall service have also been noted. We will share this feedback with the relevant departments so these points can be reviewed. Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that some aspects of the family room did not suit your needs, particularly the glass partition between the bathroom and sleeping area. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are sincerely sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with the air conditioning in your room. We fully understand how uncomfortable it must have been to stay in a room that was too warm, especially after reporting the issue several times and being assured that it would be resolved. Unfortunately, we did not meet the level of service and responsiveness that we strive to provide, and for this, we sincerely apologize. We also regret the shortcomings you encountered during breakfast. The availability of tableware and breakfast items should be consistently maintained, and we understand your frustration at having to repeatedly request basic items such as plates, glasses, bread, and yogurt. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with the relevant departments. We are taking steps to improve both the follow-up of maintenance requests and the organization of our breakfast service to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Novotel team
