Hello We are truly sorry that your experience, especially after more than twenty years of staying with Novotel, was so disappointing. Spending over 30 minutes at reception to resolve a prepayment issue that had already been confirmed in writing is certainly not the smooth arrival experience we aim to provide. We also regret the missing pool and bathroom towels, as well as the assignment of a room adapted for guests with reduced mobility when this was not what you expected. We are pleased to hear that you found the room spacious and clean and that our team remained friendly despite being under considerable pressure.
