Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour la gêne occasionnée pendant votre petit-déjeuner. Le déplacement des tables et des chaises à proximité de votre table n'aurait pas dû perturber ce moment de détente, et nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception. Nous veillerons à mieux organiser ce type d'intervention afin d'éviter que cela ne se reproduise. Concernant la climatisation, nous sommes désolés si son fonctionnement n'était pas suffisamment clair. Le système est programmé avec différents modes qui s'adaptent automatiquement aux différents moments de la journée. Les températures sont calculées pour offrir un confort optimal à la majorité de nos clients. Toutefois, il était tout à fait possible de modifier le réglage directement depuis le thermostat de la suite ou de nous contacter à tout moment afin que nous puissions vous aider à ajuster la température selon vos préférences. Nous sommes néanmoins ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'emplacement ainsi que votre suite, et espérons avoir l'occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions. Cher Client, Nous vous remercions pour votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre établissement, son emplacement ainsi que nos équipes. Concernant le dépôt de garantie, son montant peut paraître élevé car il inclut la possibilité de reporter sur votre chambre les consommations effectuées au bar, au restaurant ou au spa. Notre système calcule ce dépôt en fonction du montant de la facture prévue, puis ajoute une provision de 60 € par jour et par personne afin de couvrir d’éventuelles dépenses supplémentaires pendant le séjour. À la fin de votre séjour, seule la somme correspondant aux frais réellement engagés est conservée. Le solde restant du dépôt de garantie est alors automatiquement libéré. Nous sommes désolés si ces explications ne vous ont pas été communiquées de manière suffisamment claire lors de votre arrivée. Nous avons également bien pris en compte votre remarque concernant la paroi de douche dans les chambres PMR. Les retours de nos clients sont précieux, car ils nous permettent de nous améliorer continuellement et d’offrir une meilleure expérience à chacun de nos visiteurs.
