Staff really great. Very helpful and courteous. Good was great - great Pizza. Rooms very small and with no aircon the hotel is very hot. Lift noise in rooms nearby was excessive. Few issues but staff dealt with them very very well.

Very good 3 star hotel.

We’ll equipped room, fresh and good breakfast, nice Italian inspired restaurant. Best of all is the very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure if visiting the area.

I booked the hotel for myself and a few friends and we were all completely satisfied with our stay. Very rarely have I slept this well in a hotel - the beds deserve a 5 star rating! Also talked to the GM, Mr. Bojar, and several front office / service employees and everybody was super friendly, helpful and professional. If your ever in the area or have business in and around Stuttgart, I can highly reccomend staying here! Thanks to the team @Mercure Gerlingen for a perfect stay!
