Terrible was an understatement

Terrible I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding our stay. Despite my previous email and booking well in advance, our arrival at 2:00 AM was handled poorly. We were initially assigned dirty smoking rooms, which caused breathing difficulties for my parents and my four-year-old child. After requesting a change, we were moved to rooms located 20 rooms apart, despite our request for adjacent rooms. It took over an hour to settle in, forcing my elderly parents to walk significant distances late at night. The lack of preparation and disregard for our requirements is unacceptable. Given this experience, I will not be staying with this hotel chain again, nor can I recommend it to others. I also don't get the point of booking in advance if you will not be keeping two adjacent rooms ready while we booked two rooms together in one single booking.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free, and their professionalism really stood out. Specially Mr. Sandeep kumar(Tailer) & Mr. Sayyad( House Keeping) were exceptionally well. I truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail.

we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our multi country and multi city visit within India. Novotel Aerocity has met our expectations in every manner. The hotel is spotless, well maintained and went above and beyond our expectations. As this was my fiancés first visit to India - I had requested them to arrange a welcome amenity and surprise her and the hotels team did not miss this opportunity. In simple words - this is what I define as going above and beyond. The food was great and the overall ambience. We did have a small issue at the bar related to some drinks which was well handled by the team. From Arrival to departure we were simply wowed !!!! I would say this entire complex of the Pullman & The Novotel are the best in Aerocity. With close proximity to the Delhi International airport, their rooms are contemporary, well maintained and fantastic amenity. While everyone went above and beyond - I would like to mention a few who were just amazing and couldn't do enough - namely Himanshu & Nandini at the bar, Bhawna & Ankita at the reception. A big shout out to Parul Malhotra for her exceptional guest engagement skills and Nishant the AFOM. We will return !!!! Well done team
