Gentleman BIRENDER SINGH FROM LAUNDRY WAS OF GREAT HELP TODAY .His excellent service blew me away. I wanted to go out but realized that my trouser was stained from my bag itself so had to cancel my plan But then I dialed your team and Mr BIRENDER who right away took an effort to clean my stained trouser within a couple of hours without any delay .This man made my evening and I am ready to go out … Thank you so much Pullman for having such an efficient staff who is responsible promising and committed to his duties sometimes beyond their limitation . Our stay at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity has been truly exceptional, and it is entirely because of the remarkable team who make this hotel feel like home. From the very beginning, Manish, the General Manager, sets an incredible example with his warmth, leadership, and genuine care. A special thank you as well to Karan and Ayushi, whose professionalism and kindness ensured that every aspect of our stay was seamless and memorable. The concierge team is outstanding, always attentive, welcoming, and ready to help. The lounge staff, including the leadership team, support staff, and chefs, consistently provide a relaxed, elegant atmosphere with service that feels personal and thoughtful. We are deeply grateful to the room service and dining teams, especially Kanishak and the entire in-room dining staff, who deliver not only delicious meals but also warmth and care with every interaction. The housekeeping team truly goes above and beyond, consistently ensuring that every detail is perfect and that every need is met. A sincere thank you to the driving staff, who always ensure we travel safely and comfortably to and from our destinations, and to the laundry service team, who consistently exceed expectations with their efficiency and attention to detail. The teams at Honk, Café Pluck, and Pling deserve special recognition for making every meal enjoyable and memorable. Because of everyone at the Pullman, my brother, my parents, and I have genuinely felt at home.
