야간 비행으로 밤늦게 도착해서 체크인했는데, 담당자가 계산도 정확하지 않고, 빠릿하지 않고, 전반적으로 게으르다는 느낌을 크게 받음 우리 일행 6명은, 6개의 방을 각기 다른 층에 배정 받음, 층을 모아 달라는 요청도 방이 없다면 한번에 거절함 체크 아웃 시, 숙박 비용보다 큰 디파짓 비용이 있었지만, 별도로 따로 계산 했으며, 해당 디파짓의 취소? 방법을 몰라 한참동안 기다리게 함 체크인과 체크아웃은 고객이 호텔을 만나는 처음과 끝인데, 그 경험이 매우 좋지 않았음 다른 국가, 도시의 accr 계열 호텔을 안가본게 아닌데, 너무 비교되고 형편 없었음 방에 들어오는 수건들도 상당히 오래 쓴 것으로 보임 일부 변색이 있었고 (더 이상 흰색이 아니었고), 보송보송함이 없었음 1층 맥주 마시는 레스토랑에서는 몇번을 불러도 테이블로 와주지 않아서 직접 가서 주문을 하였음

호텔조식이 매일 똑같은메뉴이면서 신선한 과일및생선도 없고 거의 인도현지인을위한 메뉴(커리,란 탄도리등)임. 외국인 투숙을위한 식사메뉴가 없음으로 이번 5박출장은 악몽의 아침식사이었음. 혹시 델리 노보텔을 고려하시는분은 참고하시기 바람. 다른 나라 노보텔하고는 천지 차이임.

장점.인도치곤 깨끗한편.드라이어강함.다리미.룸슬리퍼있음.조식종류 다양함 단점.방음은글쎄. 룸스프레이과다사용으로 머리아팠음.창문없음.이불시트가 지저분했음 피같은거묻음.다리미 있는옷장 거치대 구석구석청소필요.출입구찾기어려움.큰호텔인데 현금거스름돈이없어20rp안주려함;;;
