It was really good experience with my friends we really enjoyed the dinner and service was remarkable by Deepak thanks to him he took really good care of us and completed our every requirements even without asking him. I surely recommend this hotel to my colleague and family

Really happy with the overall stay experience, it like a second home to us now. Everytime we come here it feels like coming home. Prerna from guest relation took really good care of our stay to ensure everything goes fine. We love the food and the vibes here

Terrible MoU rates for Armed Forces !!

Defence MoU rates are not followed in Letter and Spirit !! All hotels including Taj and Marriott types 5 star hotels give Special rates to Armed Force under MoU. But Hotel Novotel at Aerocity New Delhi is not giving these rates to Officers. Under the garb of MoU rates they are offering the same rates which are easily available through online portal !! They are charging ₹ 1250 each for every meal of an Officer, Wife and Child. And for complimentary breakfast they are charging ₹ 1500 for wife and ₹1000 for child !! What the hell is this ?? Taj and Marriott Hotels are offering all meal at ₹1250 only. Had a Terrible Experience at Novotel Hotel at Aerocity New Delhi
