종은 환경과 직원들의 서비스에 만족. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 로비에 위치한 MAC PC 사용에 대한 적절한 응대가 필요함. IBM PC 사용자는 다소 사용상의 어려움이 있는바, 2대중의 1대는 IBM PC로 배치함이 어떨지요.

야간 비행으로 밤늦게 도착해서 체크인했는데, 담당자가 계산도 정확하지 않고, 빠릿하지 않고, 전반적으로 게으르다는 느낌을 크게 받음 우리 일행 6명은, 6개의 방을 각기 다른 층에 배정 받음, 층을 모아 달라는 요청도 방이 없다면 한번에 거절함 체크 아웃 시, 숙박 비용보다 큰 디파짓 비용이 있었지만, 별도로 따로 계산 했으며, 해당 디파짓의 취소? 방법을 몰라 한참동안 기다리게 함 체크인과 체크아웃은 고객이 호텔을 만나는 처음과 끝인데, 그 경험이 매우 좋지 않았음 다른 국가, 도시의 accr 계열 호텔을 안가본게 아닌데, 너무 비교되고 형편 없었음 방에 들어오는 수건들도 상당히 오래 쓴 것으로 보임 일부 변색이 있었고 (더 이상 흰색이 아니었고), 보송보송함이 없었음 1층 맥주 마시는 레스토랑에서는 몇번을 불러도 테이블로 와주지 않아서 직접 가서 주문을 하였음
