Mr Nem Kumar looked after me with great care & respect. The room was done very well & the service was exceptional. The service was 7 star. I am very happy.

The Pullman Delhi gets many things right. First our suite was large, well designed and great to sleep and lounge in. Second the washroom was great. Third, the food at the all day dining restaurant was outstanding. Easily one of the best breakfasts spreads in the city. However, where it lost most of its brownie points was the service. It was business-like and impersonal, and more akin to a Novotel. However, to their credit, after raising the issue the Management did take it up with a kind gesture of service recovery.

Gentleman BIRENDER SINGH FROM LAUNDRY WAS OF GREAT HELP TODAY .His excellent service blew me away. I wanted to go out but realized that my trouser was stained from my bag itself so had to cancel my plan But then I dialed your team and Mr BIRENDER who right away took an effort to clean my stained trouser within a couple of hours without any delay .This man made my evening and I am ready to go out … Thank you so much Pullman for having such an efficient staff who is responsible promising and committed to his duties sometimes beyond their limitation .
