I was recently asked to pay a finial gym membership bill, so I went to the main hotel reception to ask for more information because I was unsure how I hadn’t paid, when going to reception I waited 10 minutes having to knock on the counter for attention from the gentle sitting behind the glass screen as there is no bell to press, he only come out when the telephone rang and picked it up, totally ignoring me and when I went to speak he put his hand up to silence me, I explained I was there to pay a final bill for my gym membership he told me I would have to go to that reception, the staff at this hotel need education in customers care, my bill was sorted by the gym staff and I owed nothing as the e-mail was sent out by mistake

Booked a meal several months ago in advance for 7.15 , must admit arrived to a conference of what must have Been all the maintenance guys of 0800 having xmas conference , we arrive at the restaurant not o be greeted by anyone even though it says to wait to be be seated , we stood in q for a drink behind God knows how many people ordered a drink told them we were there to wait howknows long for the drinks to arrive to be told it would be after 8 earliest to take food order , needless to say we cancelled order booked a taxi and ate elsewhere , It does not stop here We booked a taxi travelled to a local restaurant ( give the local restaurant 5 stars ) returned to the hotel as we were staying at the hotel thinking all is forgiven and have a drink , but to be told we are closing the bar at 10.15 by Ross as the hotel has functions on and there was only us and two other people in the bar and the higher ups would not like it , we said we were quest of the hotel I think the only bar that was open , as there was parties on they were shutting this bar , we asked again where can we get a drink only for him to put his eyes into the top of his head and treat us with absolute contempt as if we were something of the bottom of his shoe , both myself and my brother in law who have run successful businesses and stayed in many hotels this is the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune of ever staying in granted it was only £71 for a stay but it has been the worst £71 pounds I have ever spent in my life . If the hotel wants to take it further I am more than happy to produce receipts for expenditure outside of the hotel

Habituée aux standards Accor j’avais opté pour cet hôtel qui ne mérite en au un cas c’est 4 étoiles… Logée au niveau rdc (ground) la chambre était sommaire sans climatisation et sans ouverture possible de la fenêtre. La chambre était bruyante et mal isolée. Pas de fexible dans la douche. Un seul lot de serviette alors que nous étions deux (nous avons demandé un autre lot qui nous a été donné a l’accueil). L’hôtel est un labyrinthe où aucune information n’est clairement donnée (salle pdj, restaurant…). En bref, déçue je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.
