Pelayanan kurang bagus, waktu mau check-in gak di sapa. Padahal FO nya udah liat saya datang. Pura-pura gak liat, waktu handle check-in gak ramah sama sekali. Lampu Toilet Mati, "A man wearing clear glasses, without an ID badge."

Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly with used toiletries left behind from previous guest. Tap was leaking, shower head holder faulty. Torn room sofa. It was just horrendous.
