The Grand Mercure is fabulous. The rooms, staff and the grounds were first class. The breakfast is outstanding. This level of detail and service is what all hotels should aspire to. We'll be back.

Amazing stay, Beautiful host - nothing was too hard, went that extra mile to make our visit better. Superb surroundings for a relaxing break & convenient position for Margaret River township & all the surrounding wineries, beach etc.

Stunning garden well located with a beautiful breakfast. The bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and attentive. All in all a great stay.

Beautiful hotel with beautifully manicured gardens very clean and felt very newly decorated, lots of parking if you have a car with you, The staff were very happy and friendly, so helpful with great suggestions for everything Margaret river and all the surrounding areas, overall a fantastic stay!
