Great location, easy walking distance to a beautiful beach. We stayed in a lovely fresh, very clean newly renovated 2 bedroom unit. Everything you need and more, dishwasher, front loading washing machine and dryer! Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay This was just a short overnight stay on our way to Dunsborough for our son's wedding. Wish we'd been able to stay longer. Perfect location, lovely friendly staff, everything you could need in the unit (and bonus, the best promo pen ever!!

Having stayed here many times we have visited many of the vineyards and nearby attractions. So our main search is for peace and tranquility. The huge shark safety net in the city foreshore is a big asset for allaying the fears of tourists re shark attacks. If you have kiddies it is a very safe beach and the train ride down the jetty is always a thrill for them Ozdreamer

I wanted to give this trip a 5 star rating. I really really did. As we’ve stayed here many times before, we love the location and love the resort and we enjoyed the break to unwind from work. But unfortunately very challenging after-stay service, to resolve an All Accor points and status issue (that was an error of the hotel) has been so challenging, that it has ruined the experience of the otherwise relaxing stay. The hotel manager has recently been very supportive, and the issue has finally been resolved - almost two months after it occurred - so I very much appreciate him stepping in to resolve the issue. So in a nutshell, the stay was lovely, and the location and property is wonderful - but the dramas around the All Accor points have been very frustrating and took up a lot of my time.

As always from our arrival to our departure we were well cared for. Love the updated rooms, Tonic by the water was a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and helpful, loved the pizzas. Also really appreciate the cleaning staff who found our jackets and had them returned to us. Top notch 😀
