We are delighted that you enjoyed our unique setting by Naithon Beach, the beautiful sea views, our pools, and especially the breakfast. It is wonderful to know that both the variety and the service at breakfast stood out so strongly during your stay. We are equally pleased that your booking experience was simple and quick and, as a valued ALL Diamond member, that you felt personally recognised and well taken care of by our team. We also appreciate the areas you highlighted for improvement. Your comments regarding the limited selection at our Thai restaurant and the speed and attentiveness of the bar service have been shared with our Food & Beverage team for review. We also noticed your low rating regarding our initiatives to replace single-use plastics with more sustainable alternatives. However, we are truly sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the room size and that you felt the room provided did not match what had been booked and paid for.
