コーヒマシーンやカードホルダーが壊れていた。 アメニティーの補充がなされてなかった。 タオルが臭かった。 木の隙間からウニが見える程度でsea viewはどうか。 海へ降りる階段付近が汚すぎる。 改装工事が多すぎてリゾート感が薄れた。 スタッフはフレンドリーで大変素晴らしかった。

今回、海外で仕事を頑張っている、海が大好きな妹にリラックスしてもらうために予約しました。あいにくの雨でプーケットの海では泳げませんでしたが、ホテルのロビーから海を眺める時間は最高でした。スタッフの方々もとても親切で、快適でした。

ホテルはすごく広くて綺麗で、お部屋もちゃんと清掃されていて清潔感がありました。他のホテルも泊まりましたが、レベルが違いました。唯一残念な点は、部屋の温度を上げると結露して床がべちゃべちゃになったことです。また、中心地から遠いことから宿泊を最終日１泊だけにしたため、ホテルのプールや朝食などを十分に堪能しきれないまま帰らないと行けなかったのが心残りです。また機会があれば、そのときはホテルライフ満喫したいです。
