Dear Mr. T., I have taken the time to read your feedback carefully and review the points you raised with the teams involved. What disappoints me most is not one single major failure, but the accumulation of many smaller details that were overlooked during your stay. When these moments add up, I completely understand how they can leave a guest feeling that the experience was not worth the price paid. We often remind our team to put themselves in the guest’s shoes and to think beyond simply completing a task. Your comments about the room view, humidity, condensation, wet floor, dehumidifier noise, debris near the room, and the lack of follow-up regarding the item you left in the lobby all show us where that attention to detail and ownership was missing. The humidity concern is something we are already working on closely with our Engineering team and specialists to find the most effective solution. Your feedback on breakfast, dinner choices, and in-room amenities has also been shared with our Culinary, Food & Beverage, and Rooms teams for further review. I was particularly disappointed that you did not feel much hospitality beyond the kindness of the cleaning staff. Even when a concern seems small, the way we respond, follow up, and make a guest feel cared for matters greatly to us. I cannot go back and change what happened during your stay, but I can make sure we learn from it. Thank you for taking the time to explain your experience in such detail. シービュールームを予約し、宿泊したが期待とは異なっていた。イメージとしてはホテルに向かって右側、方角としては東側寄りがシービューと思っており、直接的に海が見えることを期待していたが、砂浜越しで距離感を感じる景観であった。 また、チェックイン後、部屋に入った際にエアコンの効きすぎもあり窓は結露、床も濡れたような状態であり残念であった。部屋の除湿機も音がうるさかった。(睡眠時はうるさかった為、停止させたが、その分部屋内が高湿となった。) 清掃スタッフは気持ちよく挨拶をしてくれたが、それ以外は特にホスピタリティを感じる場面はなかった。

What disappoints me most is not one single major failure, but the accumulation of many smaller details that were overlooked during your stay. When these moments add up, I completely understand how they can leave a guest feeling that the experience was not worth the price paid. We often remind our team to put themselves in the guest’s shoes and to think beyond simply completing a task. Your comments about the room view, humidity, condensation, wet floor, dehumidifier noise, debris near the room, and the lack of follow-up regarding the item you left in the lobby all show us where that attention to detail and ownership was missing. The humidity concern is something we are already working on closely with our Engineering team and specialists to find the most effective solution. Your feedback on breakfast, dinner choices, and in-room amenities has also been shared with our Culinary, Food & Beverage, and Rooms teams for further review. I was particularly disappointed that you did not feel much hospitality beyond the kindness of the cleaning staff. Even when a concern seems small, the way we respond, follow up, and make a guest feel cared for matters greatly to us. I cannot go back and change what happened during your stay, but I can make sure we learn from it. Thank you for taking the time to explain your experience in such detail. ホテルはすごく広くて綺麗で、お部屋もちゃんと清掃されていて清潔感がありました。他のホテルも泊まりましたが、レベルが違いました。唯一残念な点は、部屋の温度を上げると結露して床がべちゃべちゃになったことです。また、中心地から遠いことから宿泊を最終日１泊だけにしたため、ホテルのプールや朝食などを十分に堪能しきれないまま帰らないと行けなかったのが心残りです。また機会があれば、そのときはホテルライフ満喫したいです。
