Dear Jeannine M., It is lovely to know that you enjoyed our beautiful resort, well-equipped and very clean room, good service, and especially the unique breakfast experience. At the same time, we appreciate your honest comments regarding the price level of our restaurants and the concern about towel replacement. Please accept our sincere apologies if the bath towels were not replaced as expected. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping team for immediate review and follow-up. We also note your comment regarding waste around the hotel surroundings.
