Gigantisches Frühstücksbuffet, vor allem der frische Gemüsesaft war toll. Wir haben immer einen Platz am Pool bekommen. Es gab keine Probleme, dass Leute die Liegestühle blockiert/reserviert haben wie man es sonst so kennt. Auch toll: der große Baum am Pool, so dass es immer ein Schattenplätzchen gab, wenn man das wollte. Auch der zusätzliche Sonnenschutz an den Sonnenschirmen war genial, so dass lästiges Stühlerücken notwendig wurde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings fanden wir die Preise für Essen und Getränke etwas überzogen.

Zuerst das Positive: Sehr schöne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind groß (deluxe) und sauber. Wer nicht laufen möchte, kann ein Mini Shuttle zum Zimmer nehmen. Pool ist schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind grundsätzlich alle nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit*. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Speisen sind allgemein sehr gut. Es sind genug Liegen vorhanden und Wasser wird am Pool kostenlos angeboten. Es werden viele Aktivitäten angeboten, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Die Stimmung am Pool ist entspannt. Keine Dauerbeschallung mit Musik vorhanden. Das Publikum ist auch eher ruhig, auch wenn viele Kinder vorhanden sind. Neutral Das Hotel liegt am Berg und man muss einige Treppen steigen. Die Preise sind auf dem europäischen Niveau und wirken zu sehr überteuert im Vergleich zu Preisen nebenan. Kein Wunder, dass kaum einer zum Essen im Hotel verbleibt. Ich wurde nicht wirklich als Gold Member begrüßt, ein Upgrade wurde nicht gewährt. Welcome Drink gab es nur für 2 Personen obwohl 4 in der Buchung angegeben waren (2 Zimmer, liegt wohl am System) Negativ Und auch der Grund für die Bewertung 1. Zugang zum Strand ist eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Die Treppe muss dringend repariert bzw. neu gemacht werden. TÜV würde diese nicht bestehen ;) Es existiert ein Shuttle zum Strand, über dessen Existenz wir aber nicht bei der Ankunft informiert wurden und den zufällig entdeckten. Der fährt aber die Touristen eher zum Einkaufen als wirklich zum Strand. Keinerlei Service am Strand vorhanden. Keine Liegen und keine Schirme. 2. In der Accor App werden 750 THB für Frühstück angegeben. Basierend darauf habe ich eine Rate ohne Frühstück genommen und wollte meinen Explorer Vorteil entsprechend im Hotel nutzen. Angekommen im Hotel wurde mir beim Frühstück mitgeteilt, dass das Buffet 1200 THB pro Person kostet (wir waren zu 4.) aber es gibt ein Special Preis, der ganz zufällig ebenfalls 750 THB beträgt, aber da es ein Spezial ist, kann ich meine Explorer Vorteile nicht nutzen. Daraufhin angesprochen war die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter zu Ende, eine Lösung wollte man mir nicht anbieten. Sowas ist Betrug und hatte ich von Accor/Pullman nicht erwartet. Dies hat nachhaltig unseren Aufenthalt getrübt und ich kann keinem empfehlen, der einen Status und Explorer Membership hat, das Hotel zu nutzen.
