Dear Ms. S., We’re very pleased to know that you enjoyed the location and the service throughout your stay. Thank you as well for pointing out the housekeeping oversight. Even a small detail like this matters, and we have shared it with the team as a reminder to keep the room presentation consistent every time. We also noted your breakfast rating and will continue looking at how we can make the overall experience even stronger on your next visit. We hope to welcome you back again soon. Dear Mr. K., What a pleasure to know that you had such a fantastic stay with us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience on TripAdvisor as well. We’re especially happy to hear that the breakfast, restaurants, bars and the warmth of our team all stood out during your visit. Thank you also for your thoughtful sustainability suggestions. Solar energy is already part of our future considerations, although the scale of the resort, its hillside setting and the significant investment required make this a complex project. It has nevertheless been raised for our owner’s consideration and remains under review. Electric buggies have also been trailed at the resort since our early days. However, due to the steep terrain and the long charging time required, they were not practical enough to support the level of shuttle service our guests rely on throughout the property. That said, we continue to work seriously on ways to improve our environmental performance, and we very much hope that some of these initiatives can be implemented in the future. We truly appreciate both your recommendation and your constructive ideas, and we look forward to welcoming you back to our Beach House again. Our Beach House – Your Holiday Home! Dear Ms. S., It is especially meaningful to welcome you back for a second stay, and we are so pleased to know that this visit was another enjoyable one for you and your family. We loved reading that your children had such a good time at the Kids’ Club and, even more importantly, that you felt they were genuinely well cared for by the team. Knowing this stood out positively compared with some of your experiences elsewhere makes your feedback particularly special to us. It is also wonderful to hear that the family room worked well for you, that you enjoyed the pools and views, and that the gym felt comfortable, well equipped and pleasantly quiet. Your comments about the prompt yet unobtrusive service are also very much appreciated. We are equally pleased that you enjoyed the quality of the food and found the Italian restaurant authentic. Your compliment about the pizzas will certainly make the team at Vero smile. At the same time, thank you for highlighting the condition of the steps leading to the sea. We understand your concern regarding the uneven and somewhat dated access, particularly from a safety perspective, and we will ensure this is shared with the relevant team for further attention. Your comments on sustainability were also very thoughtful. We appreciate you noticing the efforts around linen and towel usage, water refill options and reducing unnecessary waste. Your suggestion about raising greater awareness around food waste at breakfast is a very sensible one, and certainly something worth reflecting on as we continue to strengthen our sustainability practices. Thank you again for such a detailed and constructive review, and for your perfect score. We are delighted that you continue to feel our resort meets the standards you expect, and we very much hope to welcome you and your family back for a third stay. Our Beach House – Your Holiday Home! Dear Mr. D., It is always a great pleasure to welcome you back, and we are delighted to know that your fifth stay with us was another memorable one. We are especially pleased to hear that you enjoyed our hillside setting overlooking Naithon Beach, the breakfast experience, and the warm and friendly service provided throughout your stay. Your kind comments about the smooth direct booking and payment process are also greatly appreciated. Most importantly, it means a great deal to us that you chose not to single out just one person, but instead recognized the collective efforts of our team across ECHO, transportation, Housekeeping, Front Office and beyond. Knowing that you are already looking forward to a sixth stay is the greatest compliment we could receive. We look forward to welcoming you back again very soon. Our Beach House – Your Holiday Home! Thank you also for your note regarding the to-go plastic smoothie cup. Sustainability remains an important focus for us, and your observation is valuable as we continue reviewing small details where further improvement can be made. We truly appreciate your kind words and helpful feedback, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another enjoyable stay. Our Beach House - Your Holiday Home! Dear Jeannine M., It is lovely to know that you enjoyed our beautiful resort, well-equipped and very clean room, good service, and especially the unique breakfast experience. At the same time, we appreciate your honest comments regarding the price level of our restaurants and the concern about towel replacement. Please accept our sincere apologies if the bath towels were not replaced as expected. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping team for immediate review and follow-up. We also note your comment regarding waste around the hotel surroundings. While some areas outside the main resort grounds may be affected by the natural environment and public areas nearby, we fully understand your concern and will share this with the team to review how we can further support the cleanliness of the surrounding area. Thank you once again for staying with us and for sharing both your compliments and constructive feedback. We hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back for an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is always encouraging to hear when these parts of the stay leave such a positive impression, especially for families travelling together. At the same time, I sincerely appreciate your honest and constructive comments regarding the room. I am sorry to learn that certain details felt outdated and that the layout did not fully meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the night lamps in the children’s room and the single washbasin in the family room. Feedback such as yours is very valuable, as it helps us better understand where improvements can make the guest experience more comfortable and practical. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments and for recognizing the care of our team. Dear K., Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. First of all, we sincerely appreciate your kind comments about our facilities, breakfast, and the friendliness of our team. It is encouraging to know that there were aspects of your stay that you enjoyed. At the same time, please allow me to express my sincere apologies for the areas where we did not meet your expectations, and for the frustration caused during your stay. Regarding the beach access, we truly regret that this experience fell short. As the beach is part of a protected national park, we are limited in terms of installations such as sunbeds and umbrellas. However, your comments regarding the condition of the access and the lack of clear information about the shuttle service are well noted, and we will work closely with the relevant teams to improve both communication and maintenance. We are also very sorry for the confusion and disappointment regarding the breakfast pricing and ALL Explorer benefits. This is certainly not the experience we intend to deliver, and we understand how this situation could have felt misleading. Your feedback has been taken very seriously and will be reviewed internally with our team to ensure clearer communication and a more consistent handling moving forward. In addition, please accept our apologies for not providing the level of recognition expected as a Gold member, including the welcome drink arrangement and upgrade experience. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we regret that this impacted your overall impression. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. It is through comments like yours that we are able to improve. We truly hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us on a future visit. Warm regards, Brett Wilson General Manager Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

Dear Christian P., Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your kind words about the hotel, and we’re delighted to know that you found your overall experience to be fantastic and of high quality. At the same time, we understand your comments regarding the location and accessibility. As the resort is set on a natural hillside to offer panoramic ocean views, it can present some challenges for guests with limited mobility. To support this, we provide buggy service throughout the property, and our team is always available to assist wherever possible. Your feedback is sincerely valued, and we will continue exploring ways to further enhance accessibility and guest comfort. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. We would be delighted to welcome you back again anytime. Our Beach House — Your New Found Holiday Home! Brett Wilson General Manager Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach
