Great housekeeping staff

In my recent visit to Delhi, the staff was very helpful and housekeeping was wonderful. I would like to, specially thank Omvir Singh and Sunil Mehta from housekeeping for helping me with the heater in the room and all other necessary hospitality.

Very good hotel and the staff are really helpful. Ravinder was very helpful for the assistance I required for cleanliness and Hk items. Kudos to him and front office team. The checkin was also smooth and got my room instantly. The room was clean and neat.

Very convenient hotel just beside the airport. Very friendly, warm and efficient reception staff. Nice little room very well appointed. Super indian buffet dinner sefved til late with live music and great breakfast too. Definitely recommended!

Travelling solo to India is a nerve racking experience but I felt completely at ease with my 4 night stay here. 24 hour security & reception. Room was bigger than expected, great view over Aerocity. Really comfy bed & pillows, hot water at all times. Brilliant gym & outdoor pool. Bottled water, coffee/tea making facilities. The housekeepers work tirelessly, so polite & helpful, they're an absolute credit to the Hotel. A special thanks to Arvind for keeping my room spotless. I've booked the Hotel again for my remaining days in India after my tour. Highly recommended.

Misbehavior by staff and bad experience

We stayed for business visit booked by Grant Thornton. Dinner was in our package but 5 to 6 people staff forcefully not allowed us to return to our room for settlement of bill.We had female college in our team. Grant Thornton employee rushed and rescued us.Bathroo. is too small and you can not lift your hand to take shower. Buffet dinner costly limited spread.
