I stayed at this hotel for seven nights and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the hotel is clean and well located, close to the beach and some restaurants. It also has good parking facilities, and the staff are attentive and helpful. On the negative side, there are some aspects that need improvements: The breakfast was a little confusing, with a lack of items and variety. The breakfast room was also too small and crowded, and they could not handle the demand when it was more than half full. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The mattress was very hard, with a poor-quality pillow top that did not provide enough support. The pillows were too low and soft, and I had trouble sleeping well. Another thing that bothered me was that they only provided bath towels, not face towels. I think that is a basic amenity that every hotel should have. And even though the hotel is in front of Camburi beach, they did not have beach towels for guests. They only rented chairs and umbrellas, which I found disappointing. Overall, I think this hotel has potential, but it needs to improve some aspects to offer a better experience to its guests.

Below average stay at this property. While the hotel had a kind staff and a good location across from the beach, this property leaves a lot to be desired for. This was my third time (and last) at this property and here are the reasons for the below average rating. We checked in to a room that the A/C was defective and the TV would not turn on with the remote control. After calling downstairs for assistance, no one came. On my way out to dinner, I reminded the front desk of the issues. Upon return from dinner around 11pm, we were told that we would need to change rooms. No help whatsoever from the hotel staff in transferring our belongings from one floor to another. I find it absurd that the front desk would not know about the room issues before checking us in. Once in the new room, the TV had the same issue and the door handle to the bathroom was lose until it finally fell. Housekeeping was incapable of notifying staff of the problem the next day and upon return to the room from lunch, the handle was laying on top of the TV. I tried notifying the front desk before leaving for lunch but it had one person attending guests and I had to leave for my commitment. I finally was able to get assistance at 7pm on my third night. Again, I find it absurd that the door handle issue wasn’t fixed beforehand. The restaurant seems to be handled to an outside vendor. Service for dinner was slow and not up to par. Food was average and replaced slowly during breakfast. Overall, not a great experience at this property and will not be staying there anymore. I have communicated all the issues to the manger on duty and hope they will be able to serve their future guests in a better manner than the service I received.

I stayed here for 3 nights at a cost of around R$500 total excl breakfsst. The hotel is a good no-frills budget option, well situated and competently managed i had a sea facing room on the 4th floor. The lobby has 2 computer with free internet access from which I was easily able to arrange changes to my onward journey. The staff were kind and helpful and the breakfasts very good on the whole. Vitória is not the most exciting city but it has a relaxed, coastal vibe which is a pleasant contrast to the frenetic pace of Rio. Don't miss the famous church in next door Vila Velha.

It was my second time in this hotel. IBIS is best Hotel in this area.There are all facilities in this Hotel. There is a beautiful beach in front of hotel.All required things are very near.Convenince Store , Medical Store & ATM , Bakery. Special thanks to all staff.Specially at Reception all staff speaks English and they are very helpful.They helped me even to order the food many times. Will come again.

This was my second time staying at the Ibis and as usual I was very well received by the staff. Besides the service I had the opportunity to stay in a room with a great view of the beautiful waterfront of Camburi.
