Staff spoke English which was a bonus. Everyone was extremely helpful. Room as expected and clean. It had breakfast which was fresh and plentiful. Well located for everything we wanted and in walking distance.

Ibis is always a guarantee that the place will be clean and pretty easy to access. The rooms, or at least our room, was little out of date and small, but clean towels and linen are always welcome. Walking distance to fun night area where there's live music, good restaurantes and bars.

A good hotel, affordable price, but I does nothing extra apart from what it says on the tin: there is not even a shampoo/conditioner in the room. The male receptionist who checked me in was a bit off-is/cold. So first impressions were not great. Then it came the morning: a smiling and welcoming receptionist (Karina), a warm and friendly welcome in the breakfast room, good selection for breakfast, all with a no-fuss service. And during the day whenever I needed anything Karina and Aline were there to give me guidance and answer my questions/requests whenever I needed. So, even after the first impression on the arrival was not great, the girls manage to switch an unhappy customer to a very happy one. And they didn’t even know I wasn’t that impressed. They were just doing their thing and they clearly showed me they are an asset for the business. Thank you girls and I will be staying there next time I am back in Vitoria!

I used google to find this hotel and I really don’t know what to expect. My room was on the 9th floor and I had an amazing city’s view. The reason I liked this hotel most was the staff. They are very friendly and helpful specially Edson Ataide which explained a lot to me about the city and nice places to go and helped me to settle down for my 3 days trip. The only think I didn’t feel confutable was the car park. Quite unusual entrance to the carpark as it has only one gate and if you go up and see the other car come down, one if you have to reverse which is not safe really.

I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Vitoria to work. I really like the rooms. But the negative is the bathroom. Very mapped and uncomfortable. In the rooms they should have a small refrigerator.
