They Lied

When I arrived at breakfast, and saw that the buffet was almost out of products, I had to go to the kitchen door to order the products. There was only one employee to take care of everything, there was no cheese, bread, cold meat, even coffee in the machine and more... A lousy service. When I was checking out I informed that given the situation I just wanted to pay for one breakfast, it was agreed with the reception staff that they would inform the General Manager and return the 10 euros breakfast. However, they forced me to pay for the stay and the 2 breakfasts and they never returned the money or sent email that the 2 receptionists the promised. They're not reliable. They weren't trustworthy. I do not recommend the service and after this incident I stopped adding breakfast to all my Accor reserves.

We arrived to find the entrance firmly closed to stop anyone getting in. In fact the first time we drove past because we didn't think it was the correct entrance. We had to contact the reception to identify ourselves before they would open the gate. We chose this hotel because it claimed to have a restaurant. After a long drive we didn't want to have to go out to find somewhere to eat. When we got in we discovered that the restaurant was closed for summer holidays so we had to go out again after all. There was only one restaurant nearby that was open so it was take it or leave it. Then afterwards we had to go through the "security check" to get back in again. They didn't even offer us the Ibis members' welcome drink.

Clean, but limited welcome drinks

Standard ibis with the very comfy "sweet bed" and unit bath. All very clean and relatively new However, it was not possible to get a beer or wine as a welcome drink. This was disappointing after a long day of work. A Coke just doesn't say "welcome".

We arrived very late in the evening, the hotel had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean and the men at the reservation desk was very helpful. This hotel is the perfect option to stay when you are on a trip and you need a rest for 1 night.

Convenient stopover

Convenient stopover spot during a drive down to the South of France. Clean, almost new with a private parking closed by a gate. There is nothing around as the hotel is in an industrial zone so def not a holiday destination but works for purpose. Rooms are clean and gives you what you need. Staff, at least the two we saw, were not that friendly but maybe because we got one at 2am and another during breakfast.
