Super easy check-in. Alvarado Coheu was amazing, super friendly and made sure my stay was great! Was able to do early check in which was very important to me since my flight arrived early.

Excellent location is pretty good by Parques del Rio. Extremely convenience. Room are extremely small but confortable. Parking available free of charge, breakfast was included in the price I paid. The staff are ok, as Colombian & US Citizen they reject my tax exception without a valid reason since I travel a lot worldwide and always get no tax. However, the hotel experience was great.

This is a very nice hotel, with very good rooms and a very good breakfast buffet every morning. In a southern area of Medellin. It takes a 5-10-min taxi to get to the area of El Poblado for evening dinners. It's also good value overall, given the price of hotels in Medellin felt more expensive than the rest of the country.

I worked in the tourism area for almost 6 years and now i became a master travel agent with AMResorts and to be honest I didn’t like my stay at this hotel. Rooms are pretty small, air conditioner didn’t work. A lady at the recepcion didnt provide any information regarding the hotel, how to use our room key if we need to take the elevator, breakfast time, NOTHING, even didn’t let me know the ways i can pay my stay: Cash COL or US, credit card, didn’t let me know what will happen if i pay using US, she didn’t aware us or ask us if we are agreed. We won’t come back.
