Hotel located in quiet area but no restaurant in the hotel you must go outside very poor internet connection Breakfast buffet is excellent ,this hotel is not far away from highway not too far from la Roche sur yon

arrived very late, most welcoming staff, room very good, peaceful, bed excellent night staff excellent. breakfast continental and standard. phone check in was good, invoice provided upon request, no hassle.

Stayed here for two nights to visit Puy du Fou. Had stayed 5 years earlier when it had just opened. The rooms are comfortable, the welcome was warm and staff friendly. Breakfast was good but I imagine it gets very busy at peak times, especially as there is only one machine for hot drinks. We were fortunate to be able to avoid busy periods. It is obviously geared up for visitors to the Parc as some people were checking in at 1.00am after having been to the night show. Only criticism is that there are some signs of wear and some black mould in the otherwise pristine showers.

Well up to the usual Ibis standard. Comfortable, clean fully functional rooms, with a quiet nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking and decent free WiFi. Breakfast was good. 'Civilisations' Restaurant a few yards away. Easily found just outside Les Herbiers and 15 mins from Pay- du- fou.

Ibis branch places themselves as part of Accor network, but when one wants to use some of the benefits a network provides, it is not possible. In the case of Ibis Les Herbiers, I tried to move a reservation from there to another Ibis but was advised to cancel my reservation (and pay the related fees) and book the other Ibis just as if I were booking any other non-Accor hotel. Even though reasoning with them (directly and through my agent), Ibis Les Herbeiers was uncompromising.
