Hotel looked tired and in need of some updating and maintenance. Room was clean and dinner in restaurant expensive but good. Breakfast, however, was extremely expensive for what it was. One course at a time 39 dollars per person and the yoghurt & granola fruit was just a few pieces of melon. Then they charged us extra for toast on top. Also avoided swimming in pool as it looked really dirty & needed repairs. Swimming pool dirty.

Enjoyed the bar meals, and breaky the next morning. Did some local walks and visited the guys working on the Independence Project at the boat shed - found the history and their boat building project very interesting. Great for an overnight stay.

Everything was perfect From Arrival over dinner till breakfast was perfect. A very well-kept hotel where great importance is attached to cleanliness, friendliness and the well-being of the guests. Really great, friendly and courteous service in all areas. You feel very comfortable and well received in the hotel. Questions about the region and its possibilities are also answered competently, helpfully and quickly.

The lodge is a wonderful place to enjoy K.I. I've got an upgrade to a room with seaview and enjoyed breathtaking sunrises. K.I. Lodge is a real cozy lodge. The rooms are nice, well equipped, good beds. The breakfast choice is perfect and I preferred to have my little dinner in the bar. The Ford is so delicious. But most of all makes the staff it to a spezial Hause. Thank you,!

Would not recommend this hotel. Was not very clean, hotel staff could not get room safe to work, laundry facility dirty, very small bathroom, rigid dining room rules,etc. This hotel needs some room modernization and perhaps some staff training.
