Check in was smooth. Room was neet and clean all amenities are available. Specially staff was very helpful and very smiling fame very humble polite. Specially thanks for all staff house kiping front office restaurant staff mayuresh who taking care very well. I like to come again in Ibis nashik

Worst check in experience despite having an advance booking and 100% advance payment. First it was abnormal delay in check in almost 30 minutes , thereafter reception very bluntly refused for a request for two adjacent rooms despite having vacancy. Staff doesn't understand Hindi or English properly ( at least the staff who attended us) House keeping worst by IBIS standards. For a towel both days we had to request , if a double occupancy room is taken it should be equipped for two persons. They claim 15 minutes smile service , but every service well beyond 15 minutes. All issues shared to Training Head Ms.Neha who was available at lobby on checkout day. Only brownie point was security lady Ms.Sadhna who was very courteous and who helped us immensly on our Nashik city visit itinerary and recommendation for food joints in Nashik, thanks to her.

Très peu de personnel disponible, ni pour les bagages, ni pour répondre à des questions ou aider. Restaurant : le choix doit se faire en ligne, validé par un num de téléphone, impossible pour un touriste. Qualité très médiocre, et cher par rapport à la qualité. Buffet du petit déjeuner pas digne d’un Ibis. Exemple : Fruits peu frais, que des œufs durs beaucoup trop cuits… Et le pire : heureusement qu’on a réagi tout de suite car on a tenté de nous faire payer nos chambres réservées et déjà réglées…. Très mauvaise expérience.
