Worst service,worst hotel,worst condition

This is one of worst place i have ever been, We were 4 corporate member and booked single occupancy room for each,it took almost 2 days to get the room changed. We have ordered food in the room ,called more than 8 time to restaurant in 1.5 hrs but no proper response. They feel room slippers are not a necessary things in hotel. No support ,no culture . In one word ,its worst.

Our room type is subject to availability at the time of booking, and we are glad to change the same when the rooms requested are available. I also understand that your room order took some time, as the items are not part of our regular menu and the chefs tried to deliver the same as per your request. Since we are a select service hotel, some amenities like slippers are not part of our standard offerings, however our team has delivered the same upon request. Please may I assure you that I have addressed this matter with the team and all internal procedures have been strengthened and emphasized to avoid any recurrence.
