This hotel used to be one of Manado's best hotels I visited many years ago. This last visit was quite disappointing. First room AC was not functioning. The staff was kind enough to change the room. Bearing a good brand name, I am hoping they can upgrade the rooms to be more update with the time and wish them to become a must stay hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Manado! The hotel offers breathtaking views, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the city. I also had the chance to try the spa, and it was a very relaxing experience. The treatments were soothing, and the staff was professional and welcoming. However, I do wish the spa could be a bit more luxurious to elevate the experience even further. A few upgrades in ambiance and facilities would make it truly exceptional. Overall, Novotel Manado is a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I would love to return and would definitely recommend it to others!

Wow, the place is really cool, bro. The water flows fast. It's really cool. the unforgotable was when i taking a bath, its very cold and nice 🥶🥶🥶 feels like me on Antarctica yknow its cool and none words can describe dude, keep goin haha ok nice

The service is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is also delicious... the parking area is large and green in the hotel area... The garden is very attractive with a pool bar and Klabat cafe which serves perfect coffee and cakes.. Excellent !!!

The lobby is very clean and the room is clean and the receptionist is kind and my friends also have the same opinion as me.Also I like the food maybe I can bring it home if I can.Can't wait to be able to sleep again at Novotel Manado.Thankyou and Hopefully it will remain consistent in being the hotel of choice for Manado residents and beyond.
