Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Booked us a taxi to the cruise terminal. Let us know the sky gate bus is free. Sheets were really soft and the bed is huge

Big shout out to Nikki from guest services. Impeccable service from start to finish, have our kid some cooling books while we waited for our room to be ready. No problem was too big explained everything so eloquently. She is a massive asset to the organisation.
