Novotel Brisbane Airport 호텔 4.5성

Room was great,clean and tidy. Restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was tops and service was excellent. I have been here many times before and the service and attention to detail has always been excellent

I love staying at the Novotel Brisbane Airport. The staff make me feel very special and the service and accommodation are excellent. Great location next to the DFO - Skygate, so if you have a few spare hours, you can enjoy the shops close by

My last night in Australia was made hassle free by the wonderful staff at the Novotel Brisbane Airport. They made sure i had a quiet room, that i knew what time i would need to leave to get to the airport and maximise my sleep. The room was huge and modern and super clean and the restaurant were fab in delivering me my room service order to make sure i wasnt allergic to anything. Super fast checkout in the morning and taxi ordered and arrived within minutes. Perfect.

Nice Hotel close to access roads for food, airport and Brisbane CBD, quiet yet close to the Airport Terminals and DFO shopping area. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful with their car parking. Coffee in the morning was really good in the restaurant.

Hi - On checking in we arrived very early due to travelling from Gold Coast. We didn't expect to get in until normal check in time but the lady on the desk found us a room and waived the early entry fee. This enabled us to get dressed in our room prior to heading out for our function. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the bar staff in the Catalina bar. They went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We checked in around 8pm. Being tired from our flight, we found no bottle water in the room and decided to buy some from the nearby supermarket. On the way out, we told the receptionist the wifi in our room is not working. After shopping, we went back to the room, wifi still not working. However, we are able to connect in the hotel lobby. We alerted the housekeeping again who transfer our call to 3rd party internet provide who promise to check and revert. When nobody call back at 10pm, we went to the receptionist and the manager told us all they can do for us its change the room. imagine the hassle we went thru at 11pm to change a room. The next day, we tried to take the skybus to the airport and the duty manager told us it will come at 930am. However, the coach actually left at 900am and next bus will be 30 min later. when confronted, she explained the bus is not run by them and if they change the timing, she wouldnt know but didnt apologise for the hassle she has caused us. Buffet breakfast is average, nothing fanciful or looking forward to.

What a perfect stay we had. From the moment of first entering the hotel service was superb. Checkin Staff were very busy due to an airline flight delay so many passengers however this did not impede excellent service or communication. Thank you for the upgrade. We were pleasantly surprised. Lovely suite all freshly renovated. The swim in the pool was awesome and room service was equally as good. Many thanks we will definitely be back.

Problems with the food quality, bath fixtures, and lack of bedding, all in an overpriced environment. The food was undercooked. The food server never returned to check on quality of meal until the check was delivered. The shower hose and head were defective, broken.......two pillows on a king size bed....

Now it's my personal opinion but I think the beds could do with an upgrade, after all this is a Novotel. The rooms a large and well appointed and it's location is ideal for a layover with free transfers to the airports if you walkover to DFO.

The hotel has a very large airy feel about it. The rooms are huge for a hotel. The coffee for breakfast was top class. The drive into the basement car park is a tight squeeze. Be very carefull driving in and out The car parking was $25 a night. A bit expensive considering the risk you run in taking the paint off the side of your car just getting in there. Otherwise if you don't have a car its great and close to the airport and DFO.

Located close to the airport and opposite a shopping mall, ideal pre or post flight location and convenient for grain island cruise port. Hotel staff polite and helpful, well furnished and maintained rooms, spotlessly clean

Very disappointed with the meals, you now have a special at night only to be told this is not included in our membership, the last night of our stay my wife had salmon and it was only 50% cooked when complained the chef did not respond, the dinner meals for the total of the 3 night stay was only average, other than the special the menu never changes.

Pleasantly surprised again when I checked into be given an upgrade to a suite. The team at the hotel are always friendly & cheerful. fast & efficient check in Ordered the 300g Wagyu steak & the chef's nailed it was cooked to perfection just the way I like.

This hotel was great for recovery after a long flight. Close walking access to a Woolworths supermarket open 24 x 7, comfortable beds, good shower, reasonable black-out curtains. I love that this property offers late check-out on Sundays until 5pm at no extra cost, so is ideal for situations where you land at BNE international at midnight and depart the next afternoon.

The Novotel is located near Brisbane Airport, adjacent to the Skygate shopping centre. Rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. It was handy for my morning flight. Two negatives: It costs $6 for the shuttle to and from the airport. Dinner options are limited. (I ate in Transit Tavern in Skygate for half the cost of the hotel's restaurant.)
