Well located a short walk from Terminal 4, the hotel is clean, well run, and a great stopover place if you need to stay over to connect the next day. We were too tired to go out to dinner so ate at the hotel; reasonable, tasty, decent food and choices. In all, a great place to stay with early check in and later check out. It works.

Went to the front desk as a walk in after missing my flight late in the evening of July 24th. The desk agent was very kind and cordial. She advised that they had two rooms to accommodate our family of four. When she checked the system, she advised that one was a standard room and another was an upgraded room but that she could offer both rooms for the same price. She completed the check in and charged my credit card the fees that were agreed to. After checking out, the hotel charged my credit card an extra 32.40 EURO, which was the price differential for the upgraded room. I have emailed the hotel 3 separate times and no one is taking ownership of this issue. Very disappointing and a dishonest practice. BUYER BEWARE!

Good for stop over, but not extra nights, too remote for metro etc.

Hotel amenities and bedroom were good. Comfortable. We have stayed in 5 hotels this summer and this hotel was the only one which did not make up the 2nd bed for our child. Not a huge problem as it was our first night of our holiday so we were not too tired at this point. Food choices for kids were very limited, too boutique'y'. Quite expensive but you are limited on evening meal locations in this area. Convenient for the airport, would use again for a stop over.

We booked this hotel after our travel plans got interrupted. We needed proximity to the airport, a good night's sleep and hopefully an early breakfast. The hotel was excactly what we needed. Friendly staff, smooth check in and ample breakfast. Would be 5 stars if the coffee was better.

High marks for warm greeting, sparkling, well-appointed room and very comfortable bed. Three good reasons to choose this hotel. 1) At the end of a road trip, it’s a great relief to check in to something comfortable and familiar, 2) It’s in walking distance from the terminals, and 3) Taxi drivers and ride services know where it is. Three considerations: 1) the elevator to the skybridge was out of service when we visited, supposedly to be reopened mid-June. The detour on the ground level walkway took us 30 minutes to get to T-3 vs 15 reported on the bridge. A taxi would have been a better choice with baggage. 2) Drop-off parking to check in is confusing. You can’t drive to the entrance. Three chain hotels are located together here. What you are supposed to do is pull in curbside near the skybridge and walk through the courtyard to the Novotel. Park after that or drop your rental car after checking in as we did, 3) at 4:30 am when we left to catch our early flight, we were surprised to see four other couples doing the same. The area and the walk are safe and well-lit. My rating is for the overall experience.
