This hotel is basic, dated, stark, not super clean, limited amenities, restaurant was not good and pricey, no iron in the room which is helpful for business travelers. Staff were ok. I also was double charged for my stay which has not yet been resolved.

Our hotel offers a modern and well-maintained environment, with cleanliness and comfort as key priorities. A dedicated ironing room is available 24/7 on our first floor, especially for the convenience of our business travelers. As for our restaurant, we serve homemade dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, with a focus on generous, high-quality cuisine. Regarding the billing issue you mentioned, if an error occurred, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. We would be happy to investigate and resolve the matter as soon as possible. Since we do not have access to your information through this channel and currently have no report on file, please note that if the reception has already processed your refund, it usually takes between 15 to 20 business days. Disappointing Dining Experience That Overshadowed Our Stay

We stayed at the hotel for one night as a family of four (two adults and two children). Our experience started off well, the receptionist was welcoming and made us feel at ease. The room was a good size for us and overall, our stay was fine. However, our experience in the dining area was disappointing. We were two families (four adults and four children) and had to wait for a table at the restaurant. Anticipating a long wait, I informed the waitress that we didn’t need to be seated together, hoping this would speed things up. After waiting for quite some time, we realized that we could order food from the bar using the QR code on the tables, so we placed our order. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. After a long wait, we were thirsty and I went to ask for the drinks we had ordered. The staff handed me the water bottles but didn’t provide glasses. When I mentioned this, they said they would bring them to our table. Upon arriving, the waitress informed us that part of our order was actually out of stock, and worse, the order hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen yet. She then suggested we cancel the bar order and instead place our order directly at the restaurant, promising that it would be prepared faster. Given the circumstances, we agreed. We also asked for some bread for the children, as it was already close to 22:00 PM and they were very hungry. Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet our expectations. The coquillettes for the kids were disappointing, the burger—which we specifically requested to be well-done—was undercooked, and the fruit salad from the children’s menu was completely unsuitable for kids. Overall, the lack of organization and poor service made this a frustrating experience, which was a real shame, especially for our last night in Paris. I truly believe this could have been handled much better. I hope management takes steps to improve the dining experience for future guests.

Well located a short walk from Terminal 4, the hotel is clean, well run, and a great stopover place if you need to stay over to connect the next day. We were too tired to go out to dinner so ate at the hotel; reasonable, tasty, decent food and choices. In all, a great place to stay with early check in and later check out. It works.

Went to the front desk as a walk in after missing my flight late in the evening of July 24th. The desk agent was very kind and cordial. She advised that they had two rooms to accommodate our family of four. When she checked the system, she advised that one was a standard room and another was an upgraded room but that she could offer both rooms for the same price. She completed the check in and charged my credit card the fees that were agreed to. After checking out, the hotel charged my credit card an extra 32.40 EURO, which was the price differential for the upgraded room. I have emailed the hotel 3 separate times and no one is taking ownership of this issue. Very disappointing and a dishonest practice. BUYER BEWARE!

Good for stop over, but not extra nights, too remote for metro etc.

Hotel amenities and bedroom were good. Comfortable. We have stayed in 5 hotels this summer and this hotel was the only one which did not make up the 2nd bed for our child. Not a huge problem as it was our first night of our holiday so we were not too tired at this point. Food choices for kids were very limited, too boutique'y'. Quite expensive but you are limited on evening meal locations in this area. Convenient for the airport, would use again for a stop over.
