Very nice hotel, near big Forest and located in South West of Paris. Very good breakfast with frech Food Room is nice with good quality of materas Two pools (out and in door), which is good when you are with kids. Terrasse Restaurant is good too.

The first picture I have seen that drove me was the river and Eiffel tower view. Hotel furniture dilapidated the carpet was dirty smell badly they blocked 3450 Eur about 1200 Euros above my invoice and not return back until today the internet was very slow and bad however the staff respectable and professional so kind also and helpful we lost the AirPod in the hotel but unfortunately they could not find it

Fantastic Weekend at the Molitor from check in to check out. I was there for my 20 y/o son's birthday and we have been treated like kings. We received an upgrade for the room and the staff even thought about a nice birthday card for Louis. Fantastic souvenir for all. Thanks to the staff.

I have stayed at Molitor many times now and doubt I will ever stay anywhere else in Paris while they maintain their standards. Great pools (heated all year round), very good gym, wonderful staff, unique design, genuinely exciting place to stay. It would be good if they could install a Versa Climbing machine in the gym.

The pools are fantastic : opening hours, ambiance, lights, temperature, length, ( a covered space to leave the towel would be appreciated in rainy and cold weather , going around the barrier isn’t ideal) the hammam isn’t really hot, not enough hook to hang the dressing gown, only 4 , if more than 4 persons in the hammam then sharing the hooks.., the quiet space is for residents and members , again, too small. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet or a la carte breakfast, plentiful and delicious but if one comes down after 10h00 on Sunday morning then one has to queue for a table and eats what is left, not everything is refreshed.It was my birthday , no special treat !!!

the pool - indoor and outdoor - are amazing and as expected, service is impeccable, rooms and rest of the property a good 4*, breakfast underwhelming. too expensive for what you get. check out the amazing art in the lockers of the indoor pool!

Hotel lezy w spokojnej okolicy. Slynie ze znanego, duzego basenu, ktory niestety przez weekend byl przepelniony ludzmi, wiekszasc - Paryzanie. Dla klientow hotelu brakowalo miejsca. Obsluga nie starala sie pomoc w znalezieniu miejsc. Wiec czesto pozostawalo tylko korzystac z basenu w wewnatrz hotelu. Nasz pokoj miescil sie tuz pod barem na dachu, wiec bylo dosc glosno mniej wiecej do polnocy lub 1am. Bar - zadna rewelacja, w weekend rowniez brakowalo miejsc dla gosci hotelu. Samoobsluga. Nicely welcomed, I came for the second time at the hotel Molitor. I warmly advise it during summer time. I felt as in vacation. Nice room, great view on the pool, efficient service. It remains curiously complicated to get a large pot of tea and coffee for breakfast. Globally, I spent a pleasant stay.

Very close to Roland Garros

If you want a place close to Roland Garros then this is the place to book. We were only in town for one night and going to the tournament. We wanted to close to the venue to minimize our travel time in Paris. We were only steps away from the entrance so this location was perfect. Inside the hotel was swanky with a good vibe. Front desk service and the restaurant service was top notch.

We regularly visit the MGALLERY Molitor hotel. Though this time was less enjoyable as the hotel wsa invaded by a Citroen DS incentive seminar, it remains a very good hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Fitness and pool are second to none (though indoor pool was closed to bring in Citroen cars).

Very original Hotel, great rooms, very nice pool and sporting facilities, the only thing which was not to the standard is the service, no valet parking (it was initially offered but after they asked us to park it ourselves), restaurant told us they where fully booked, after some complaining they suddenly did have a table within 2 minutes while 2 minutes earlier they told us it would be a 50 minutes wait.

Trendy hotel, great staff but some issues

We stayed here for my husband's birthday with our two kids and loved discovering the two amazing pools that make up the essence of the hotel. The staff is young and very pleasant. However the rooms are not great for a five star - the pools suite had squeaky wooden floors and no storage at all although huge. We changed to two connecting rooms which were much better but there was a sewage smell so strong we had to change again. The third floor is below the roof top bar so we were awoken by the staff cleaning up at 2 to 4 am every night- pick a lower floor. It is also difficult to get around the hotel probably to make the pool area exclusive. Great breakfast but dinner menu terrible - a pity as again, the staff was really sweet and helpful. Do not be surprised also when they pre authorize the full amount of your stay plus 200 euro incidental - they them reimburse the difference to your account if you have not spent the total. I had never experienced that before and it could be surprising.

Stayed here on several occasions. Comfortable; good service; good location (daughter and son-in- law and grandsons live nearby). Excellent bar! Very much our home away from home. Delicious breakfast! Must try the swimming pool next time.

The hotel is beautiful and has kept a lot of the look and feel of the past with high-end modern equipment. The pools and gym are very modern. Great place to relax and spend the weekend. We haven't been able to try out the restaurant which apparently is a must but the lounge for drinks and the breakfast were great.

Fresh. Sweet local neighbourhood. A real break from the hugely touristy places we usually stay in. Larger than normal rooms for Paris. Very friendly, accommodating staff at check-in. Great products in the room.

Expectations are high at a 5* hotel and the service at the Molitor did not come close to meeting them. Firstly, when checking in at the front desk, the person checking us in took a phone call for several minutes rather than attending to us. Apart from anything else, that was simply rude and unacceptable to us for a 5* property. Secondly, the same person did not take the time to explain various aspects of the hotel (such as how to access the pool) nor did they give us the tickets or any information regarding the boat trip which was included in the package I had booked. The next issue was over service in the restaurant. We arrived late afternoon on a Sunday. After settling into the room and unpacking, we went to the roof top bar for a drink and left after approximately 15 minutes as we got no service during that time. We came to the restaurant, I would estimate at around 8:30pm to consider having a meal there to be told no tables before 10pm - the restaurant was practically empty! We went to the front desk where the duty manager was called over to try and resolve this situation and he explained they always had some tables in reserve for guests staying at the hotel. Why did nobody else seem to know this? He then escorted us back to the roof top bar/grill where we got a table squeezed into a corner (rather than in the empty restaurant downstairs). The only explanation I can come up with is that there was some sort of staffing issue where the majority of the focus was on the roof top bar/grill. In this case, why offer two restaurants? Now to the meal itself. We ordered cocktails then some minutes later, placed a food order for one hot dish and one cold dish. The items arrived in the following order. 1 -hot food, 2 - cocktails, 3 - cold food. No explanation or apology why the drinks took an age, or why the cold food took even longer. I will not go into the value for money aspect of the food at the roof top bar here, but suffice to say, it was less than an impressive experience. Add to this, clear issues at breakfast each morning where there were often no plates, or lack of certain food items and very rarely being offered a second coffee without having to ask for it. There was a couple of minor issues in the room too, with AC controls and power sockets not working. All in all, it did not live up to a 5* experience. Given the property was selected for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, I have been left somewhat underwhelmed by the whole experience.

French arrogance

If you like Paris arrogance, this is the place to stay. Not for me, again. The place is a swimming pool but few were in the water and even fewer got their hair wet. It was about people watching rather than fun in the water. Some credit is due: some of the staff made genuine effort to make our stay nice: we asked to have dinner on the roof terrace Although our request was last-minute, it was still possible. It was not mentioned, but I got the impression that they added an additional table because we could only have dinner there that evening. The low point from a service perspective was that, although the reception desk knew the parking was full, they accepted that my car would be parked in the garage anyway. The result was that they left my car in the street with all valuables in plain sight! From a 5-star hotel you would expect that they would have told you that the parking was full and would find a solution that any valuables would be taken out. 6 Hours after arrival, I discovered that the car was still parked in a side-street! Not very careful. Afterwards, I could throw out all the wine that was left in the car because it turned because of the hot and boiling conditions in the car!
