The first night, I was told to take taxi to change hotel at 2am at night when complaining no water for shower. I was offered 5 small bottles of drinking water to wash my face and brush teeth at the end. The whole hotel had no water supply because of a pipe burst at the basement. The second day, the entire hotel had no internet. I checked out of the hotel on the third day.

We deeply regret the challenges you faced on the first night, including the inconvenience of being directed to change hotels in the middle of the night. The disruption in water supply due to a basement pipe burst was an unexpected and regrettable incident caused by the construction work being done around the hotel. The brunch was really good with very tasty and good quality ingredients all around. The teams is very professional and our waiter Angela was super helpful and nice. The space and atmosphere are also great. Highly recommended for a Sunday brunch in Paris.

Great accommodations, the room was great. The staff was extremely helpful with suggestions, arranging taxis, and all things related to Paris. They even arranged breakfast for us when we had an early departure for a tour of the Loire Valley. Especially outstanding was the breakfast buffet, made even more special by Eduard. He was very personable and worked so hard to serve us in such an exceptional way.
