가족 여행으로 노보텔 이시레몰리노에 숙박했는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 우선 조식이 가족 친화적이라 아이들도 잘 먹을 수 있는 메뉴가 다양하게 준비되어 있었어요. 신선한 과일과 베이커리, 따뜻한 음식까지 모두 깔끔했습니다. 호텔 주변 환경도 깨끗하고 안전했습니다. RER과 트램역이 가까워서 파리 시내 이동이 매우 편리했고, 늦은 시간에도 불안하지 않았어요. 객실 역시 청결 상태가 아주 좋고, 매일 정리도 꼼꼼하게 해주셔서 쾌적하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 1층에 있는 편의점도 만족스러워서 간단한 간식이나 물을 사기 좋았고, 헬스장도 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어 여행 중에도 운동할 수 있었습니다. 특히 룸서비스로 제공되는 네스카페 캡슐 커피가 인상적이었어요. 아침마다 커피 한 잔 하며 여유롭게 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 가족 단위 여행객에게 추천할 만한 깨끗하고 편리한 호텔입니다. 다시 파리에 온다면 꼭 이곳에 묵고 싶어요. Nous avons séjourné en famille au Novotel Issy-les-Moulineaux et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Le petit-déjeuner est très adapté aux familles, avec un large choix de plats chauds, de fruits frais et de viennoiseries. Tout était délicieux et bien présenté. L’environnement de l’hôtel est propre et sûr, et la proximité du RER et du tramway rend les déplacements vers Paris très faciles et pratiques, même le soir. La chambre était impeccable, bien entretenue chaque jour, et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise. Le magasin de proximité au rez-de-chaussée est très pratique, et la salle de sport est bien équipée et propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le service de chambre avec capsules Nescafé, parfait pour commencer la journée avec un bon café. En résumé, c’est un hôtel propre, sûr et idéal pour les familles. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris !

The hotel was excellent we had a suite for 3 adults. It was comfortable and well equipped. The location was very good right near the RER for easy access to Paris. We go again.

Just a quick review. Pros: Good location with train station just across the street. Large room (family suite) witth shower rub and sink separate from toilet and small sink. I found this odd at first but quickly appreciated the functionality. Friendly staff. Cons: Way too loud. The hotel is on the corner of two streets, one of them being very busy. The flooring they use is not conducive to noise reduction. We could hear the people above thumping away all night. Hard beds. Tiles, walls etc are in need if repair/cleaning. AC very weak. Had we come a few days earlier during the heat wave, it would hsve been unmanageable.

I spent three days at the hotel for a business trip and paid for my stay as requested. However, three days after my departure, the hotel charged my company credit card an additional €55.80 without prior notice or any further information. I reached out to the hotel to understand why this extra charge was applied, but despite sending multiple emails over the past month, I still have not received a proper response or an invoice. I find it very disappointing how they handle guest complaints.
