modern and well located hotel, amazing breakfast, could be better room accomodations

the location of hotel is in best part of yerevan with walking distance to most of the attractions and places of interest. the staff were friendly through the whole stay and stored our luggage after check-out because our flight was in the evening. be advised that a deposit of 50.000 drams is required at the check-in the hotel has a modern lobby with bar in ground floor (which explains the absence of minibar and tea maker in the rooms). breakfast is amazing and fresh, it includes different hot and cold foods and is served until 10 am. rooms and elevators are controlled by keycards (2 cards were given for each door) and there is no need to hand them over to the desk when leaving the room. our room was on 9th floor which was easily accessible with 3 big elevators.the room itself had good furniture including the hair dryer, wardrobe and safebox. wifi had good speed but lacked connectivity in some parts of the room. the AC in the room could have been better on temp control and the bed matress was a little too soft for us (we didn't ask for changing the mattress though) overall it was a good experience

Good location in the city. The hotel areas (room, restaurant and bathroom) were very clean, and the staff was very respectful and smiling. They had a good rule to prevent smoking which made you never feel the stench after smoking. The breakfast was quite complete and overall, the price was reasonable.

Location is perfect. Room is small but clean and has everything needed. We were blessed with calm neighbors or maybe rooms next to us are empty. I really enjoy breakfast here. Room is cleaned daily and towels are changed. Today there is a disco or something on the third floor. We live on the eleventh and noise is just crazy, we can’t sleep. Hope this will not repeat tomorrow as it dramatically spoils the impression.

Very satisfied with my recent stay. Everything worked well, from prebooked airport pick-up to final checkout. Very centrally located for exploring the city centre attractions. Staff were very helpful, room was fine. Thoroughly recommended.

Armenian-ish Ibis

On one hand this is a regular Ibis, on the other hand it’s very Armenian-ish: as in many post-Soviet cultures people don’t really trust to each other, so a number of side effects are here. A man staying in front of the parking and adding mess to the experience of guests arriving by cars; check-out which requires the checks of the rooms before you can actually leave; messy payments when staff doesn’t really know how to use Apple Pay for deposits and thus requiring a physical card. It all doesn’t make the hotel worse, but these tiny nuances make the experience messy.
