Very satisfied with my recent stay. Everything worked well, from prebooked airport pick-up to final checkout. Very centrally located for exploring the city centre attractions. Staff were very helpful, room was fine. Thoroughly recommended.

Armenian-ish Ibis

On one hand this is a regular Ibis, on the other hand it’s very Armenian-ish: as in many post-Soviet cultures people don’t really trust to each other, so a number of side effects are here. A man staying in front of the parking and adding mess to the experience of guests arriving by cars; check-out which requires the checks of the rooms before you can actually leave; messy payments when staff doesn’t really know how to use Apple Pay for deposits and thus requiring a physical card. It all doesn’t make the hotel worse, but these tiny nuances make the experience messy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Republic Square and surrounded by great restaurants. It was so convenient to explore the nearby attractions. BIG thanks to Sona at reception—she was incredibly helpful with our check-in and tour plans, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

One of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was very cold. At the time for checkin I had to stare at a lady on her phone for half an hour without any acknowledgment and the moment she was done she started a conversation with someone who was white in colour clearly you feel disgusted in such a situation. At the time of check in I realise that my card was already charged 50 percent extra over and above my stay charge and also just to spread awareness to everyone the hotel charges 50000 extra to everyone even if you are a non smoker, so they have the power to cut money from your account if they need it. Thankfully it didn’t happen with me. But by far this stay has been the worst stay in any hotel I have stayed in. The staff was cold and just there to make a quick buck even the simplest of a universal adapter which is important to carry as none of there room have proper charging port is essential. Carry all you essentials like extra water bottle dental kit and basically everything you get in a hotel for free you will be charged her even extra water bottles. My suggestion would be to just pay a little extra and get yourself a full service hotel. This by far is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I am sure no one in their entire team would be bothered about it.

i can’t believe that in 21 century there is a hotel without kettle in its rooms😝 every day the same breakfast 😬 small rooms location is awesome 🤌🏻 you have to deposit a down payment of 50,000 AMD’ why?? because it’s rule🙃 staff was involved with its own business
