I love this place. It is absolutely charming. Most important thing is the team. People from management to service stuff are all very nice and friendly. My hero is Vagram the lobby barman! Here you can always enjoy excellent food and exclusive drink. Most importantly the Armenian brandy. Thanks billion of times!

The hotel is located in the center of city. Staff is helpfull, bar is full of different drinks and whiskies. The barman Romathanks him a lot and thank you for that guy…the athmosphere is nice and calm good place to sit and enjoythe bar…………….,,

We were there for 7 nights and had a fixed breakfast every day The foods in the refrigerator, especially Basturma, was old and had the smell of the refrigerator. It was not edible at all, and the honey was hard and like butter. Very old nuts whose taste had changed Surprisingly, there was no sunny-side-up eggs , and when we explained to the crew, they did not understand what we wanted. The only fresh food was bread, of course, provided that we arrived after 8 o'clock In total 7 days, there was bacon only one day, but every day they had fried potatoes (do they eat fried potatoes for breakfast in Armenia?) The coffee machine did not taste like milk or coffee at all. It was not clear what was inside it While we were eating, the crew would take the items from the guest's table Really, a hotel with this price with this fixed and nonsensical breakfast is an insult to the traveler The room did not have a kettle, tea, or Nescafe, and they did not provide it when we asked There was no shampoo As long as we did not tell the reception emphatically, they would not clean the room in any way He didn't even have a glass, they only gave 2 bottles of water at the first and the refrigerator was not cold at all I'm really sorry for the management there, they don't know anything about hotel management They took a deposit of 50,000 drams for each room also They are building a building next to the hotel, there was a disturbing noise from 6 am It is not recommended at all. It was awful

Stay was really pleasant, staff is great and professional, rooms are clean and comfy. Bartender Roma is superb guy and made our stay brilliant experience also another guy at bar Vahram was top notch! Just keep it that route guys! Most welcome experience in short.

Great hotel. Very good service and very clean rooms and bathroom. Quiet rooms. Would have preferred a slightly larger fridge. Great central location. Would definitely stay there again. Wifi was good and room had everything needed
