Stayed 5 nights i. Yerevan, it was quite hot, paid above average f. Ibis and 3 of t. nights, I had no A. C..

Power failure; extremely hot; could not climb the stairs to the 9th Floor; no napkins in the rooms; unwashed plastic cups; no consideration of basic hygiene

I sent an email to Accor and met with the lovely Manager to discuss a solution, I asked for a refund which they said no to.... they asked me to try another room and bed, however, it was just more of the same, the most basic thing any hotel needs to provide is a good bed and pillow. I have stayed at other IBIS Hotels and have not had any issues but the beds here miss the mark by a mile, they are below par, so much so I have had to book another hotel because you can't have a holiday without sleep. I do believe the manner the hotel and rooms are marketed is misrepresentation, these rooms and the bedding are motel/backpacker standard not hotel.

Very disappointed with the hotel rules and level of customer support. Despite my All Accor status, was requested to pay in advance for the whole stay, and the only argument from the reception staff was that our hotel has its own rules! :) Very poor breakfast selection...
