Maybe we were just unlucky, we stayed for two nights In a disabled room that wasn’t booked . Yes the room was spacious but from the reviews most are, but we certainly didn’t need a disabled shower with seat and toilet with emergency pull cord. Also very disappointing was the lack of hot water actually it wasn’t even lukewarm. As I say hopefully we were just unlucky. On the plus side bed was comfortable and hotel conveniently located.

This hotel is in a wonderful location by the university. It is clean, comfortable, good value and the staff were welcoming and lovely.

Lovely Staff, couldn’t do enough to help! Welcoming and warm Lovely Sinaed checked us in, Plenty of local info Room lovely clean and fresh Late Bar Pizza 24/7 Breakfast was superb 3mins from Botanical station with trains to city centre! Brilliant Value!

We found the bed very comfortable, the room at the right temperature, spacious and clean. All you would want for breakfast was provided.
