Chambre correcte dans l’absolu, emplacement de l’hôtel à proximité du tramway qui dessert rapidement le centre ville, accueil remarquablement chaleureux du personnel. J’ai eu d’ailleurs le plaisir d'être accueillie par Mert, une personne conviviale, souriante, chaleureuse et extrêmement cordiale. Une mention particulière à la serviabilité exceptionnelle de Mert. D’abord, il a pris le temps et le soin de me porter conseil en me traçant un itinéraire pertinent pour découvrir la beauté de Bursa; ensuite il m’a été d’une aide précieuse afin de me faire parvenir, après mon départ au port de Mudanya, mon ordinateur Apple que j’ai oublié dans la chambre. Il a démontré d’une confiance, d’une gentillesse, d’une amabilité et d’une obligeance inouïes et je ne pourrai assez le remercier pour cela. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’ai hâte d’y retourner dès que je reviendrai à la belle ville de Bursa!

Vreselijke vuile matrassen! We kregen andere kamer na klacht. Juist hetzelfde. Zeeeeeer onhygiënisch!!! Wilden ons niet terug betalen. Er werd geen gepaste oplossing aangeboden. Zeeeeeer teleurgesteld . We wilden naar ander hotel maar werden niet terug betaald

Eenvoudig maar prima hotel voor doorreis. Aardig personeel en goede ruime parkeergelegenheid. Kom hier al jaren en altijd alles prima geregeld. Rustige en prima locatie in het drukke Bursa. Een hapje en een drankje is meestal zo geregeld. Wel grote kans op een begroeting door een lieve hond.
