Well located hotel with parking, tasty breakfast, excellent staff. No heated towel rail in the bathroom - this was the only inconvenience during the stay.

Early check in was greatly appreciated, although 2 hours delay in check out was not suggested FoC, which is a bit unusual. There were 3 towels instead of 4, but we didn’t complain. Our stay in general was good.

Ibis is centrally located in the city centre and has free parking for those who drives. We merely need to walk around at the centre for food and sightseeing. The hotel front desk speaks good English and are courteous. The room is clean. However, it does not have any frills. No kettle, no bottled water, no coffee/tea/creamer/sugar sachets. There were only 2 mugs for guests to pick up water from the bottled dispensers along the corridor and 2 pairs of bedroom slippers in the room. Nothing else.

Regarding bottled water in the rooms, we would like to clarify that the Accor Company, to which our hotel belongs, takes an active part in the plastic elimination program and is a leader among international hotel operators in its contribution to preserving the environment. Last year it was decided that all 5,000 of the company's hotels will refuse to use single-use plastic. For the convenience of guests, the elevator area on each floor is equipped with purified water heaters with round-the-clock access to drinking cold and hot water. Thank you for your understanding and for your contribution to environmental protection We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Nice and quiet hotel, beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby, tasty breakfast, impressive selection of toys in the kids' corner (our daughter refused to leave!), spacious bed and comfortable pillows. The only drawback is that the room was a bit cooler than I would prefer due to severe frost outside.
