The most amazing IBIS. The hotel has very good ambiance with many facilities here, also the staff is very polite.

I was in ibis for 14 days and that literally felt like a home to me.The pillows are the fluffiest and comfiest.The brekfast has many menus and we can eat as much as we want😅The ambiance is so good that I don't want to leave this place honestly🥹. All the staff members ar every polite also Dila Rajput is a cleaner who is very polite and immediately serves for any queries.

I recently stayed at the Ibis hotel for a business trip, and my experience was quite positive. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access key locations and public transportation. This was a major plus for my itinerary. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My room, while compact, was clean and well-organized. Great job Ajit 👏 I appreciated the comfortable bed and the modern design. The room had all the essential amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a small work desk, and free Wi-Fi, which worked reliably throughout my stay. Breakfast at the hotel was good, offering a variety of options from pastries to hot dishes. It was a great way to start the day, and the dining area was clean and welcoming. I also tried the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening, and the food was satisfactory with prompt service.

House keeping services are really good . i stayed in first floor it was very clean neat our team member vishal ajith dileshwar sophan keshav yogi mahesh etc are the house keeping staff they are very friendly and will definetely recommend to stay in this hotel

Average Service and Product at a Brand

Average stay didn't expect such poor service from a brand. 1. Staff talking in local language only no one to greet at arrival. 2. Even after booking 2 rooms in same name we were made to wait at arrival mentioning they are arranging 2 rooms on same floor we came at 5 pm for checkin . Pathetic 3. Breakfast Wass soo sad and pathetic aloo Paratha no aloo only thick uncooked Paratha. 4. Pillow and Bed super uncomfortable I guess you guys need to look into it and train ur staff to handle and take care of guests request. 😐😐😐
