Services here are very bad...even for check in after alloted hours they take one hour and by mistake I left my charger here and it took me multiple calls and a long wait ...still waiting for charger here. Hope it does not take 2 more hours to get a charger back

Deceptive Service and Pathetic Hospitality!

Terrible experience! This place is completely dishonest when it comes to room allocation. They promised me a back-facing room, but when I checked in, it was something entirely different. The rooms are ridiculously small with bare minimum amenities. Their service is pathetic-slow and unresponsive. Every time I called the front office, they acted clueless and ignored my concerns. For every request, they gave the same robotic response: “We’ll check and update you,” but I’m still waiting for any sort of update. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind!

Ibis Hinjewadi was a very refreshing experience. This hotel offers a unique blend of simplicity & modernity & the attention to detail is spot on. The rooms were great at this price point. Atharva, Sandhya, Shreyas & Afreen were very kind 😊😊

The whole room and service fulfilled me. The service boys are good enough the breakfast was also good and excellent overall the hotel experience was very good the ambiance and the environment around the hotel was very good . Overall I will give 5 star

Awesome service, housekeeping by Yogi, Manoj, Bajrang, Yuvraj, Anil very much helpful. I would give them full ratings. Reception Madgura, Komal and Sandhya very helpful. Must stay at this hotel. All accessories provided in room including dental kits and towels.
