ibis Pune Hinjewadi 3성

I’ve stayed at several 5-star and 3-star hotels across the country, including many ibis properties and other Accor group hotels like Novotel, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the service was poor. I had requested an early check-in for 1 PM while making the booking itself. Despite this, when I reached the hotel, the receptionist (I believe his name was Vinay) was rude and completely unhelpful. He initially told me I’d get a room by 1:30 PM, so I waited. Half an hour later, he casually told me he couldn’t commit to a time. What was the point of making me wait then? What made it worse was watching him allocate rooms to several other guests who arrived after me. When I asked about it, he told me they prioritize "hourly check-in" guests over those who have booked full day and night packages. That was shocking to hear — apparently, booking a full-day stay makes you the least important customer. On top of that, he then told me to speak to another receptionist because he couldn’t help me with the check-in. I don’t know what personal issue he had, but his behavior was unacceptable, especially in the hospitality business. And this was on a Saturday — with just one staff member at the front desk handling all check-ins and check-outs, leading to more chaos. Later in the day, I called the front desk before heading out and asked them to have the room cleaned while I was gone. When I returned, absolutely nothing had been done. This experience was not only frustrating but completely unexpected from an Accor-managed hotel. I’m highly disappointed and definitely won’t be staying at ibis Pune Hinjewadi again.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Chef Mukesh and Mr. Mihir for the delicious food, excellent service, and warm hospitality. The flavors were exceptional, the presentation was top-notch, and the entire experience was truly memorable. Dear Sir, I booked 2 rooms on 12th April-2025 (Check in time 11.45 pm on 12.04.25 6.19 pm) at your IBIS Hotel (Hinjewadi Pune, Maharashtra). I am extremely dissatisfied while staying at your hotel, below are the reasons for my dissatisfaction. 1 - NO greetings received (Namaste/Hello etc) from the Security gate team and Front desk team. 2 - While parking, the security officer told me not to park your Car near the Reception entry gate as it is reserved for Handicapped Parking, but I saw next morning 2 cars (BMW and Mercedes cars) were parking in that area. 3- No bell boy was there to assist us to carry the luggage to the rooms or any trolley was there to bring all the luggage to the rooms. 4 - For booking, your staff Subeksha has allowed us for late check out till 1.00 pm and with charges of Rs.1000 + taxes upto 4.15 pm on next day (i.e. Late Check out Charges), but Ms Gauri called 3 times in the room at 12.00 noon for check out otherwise late check out will be payable to you. She is aggressively talking to my Wife. After that I came from outside at 1.15 pm and paid the charges till 6.00 pm (Rs.2240/-) and we already told her that we will vacant the 1 room but she didn't told us to submit the keys at the reception area and while check out she claim the extra payment for the same, I told her we already informed you that we are vacating the 1 room So at that time why didn't you told us to handover the keys at the reception area ?

The service was really good, staff Sandhya was jovial and considerate of switching my room when there was an issue. Food served here is of rich quality as well. Thank you for the great experience and hospitality. I would recommend the place to others.

Room was neat and clean. Reception team miss. Madura and Sandhy made our stay comfortable. Food was great. Keep it up. I am definitely book room one again. They also decorated our room. All the room accesories were provided. Location and surrounding of hotel is also good.
