Dear Mr. H., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay at ibis Pune Hinjewadi. We truly regret to learn that your experience did not meet the standards you have come to expect from ibis, especially as a loyal guest who has stayed with our brand for more than 10 years across different countries. Please accept our sincere apologies for the concerns you highlighted regarding the cleanliness of the room, carpets, and areas under the bed, as well as the condition of the corridor carpets. This is certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain.
