The security and cafeteria staff are very kind and helpful. However, the reception staff are not as friendly — they don’t offer much assistance and don’t seem very concerned about the customer experience. I also had some issues with the massage service, and in the end, during a 13-night stay, I was only able to get one massage.

It is very unconfortable pay every time that have lunch, dinner, laundry. Most cases if enaugh charge in room number and pay last when I do check out
