Con los empleados no tengo ninguna queja, muy amables. El hotel debe tener 4 estrellas por el simple hecho de estar frente a la playa, pero en mi opinión, no las merece. Debajo de la cama de la habitación hubo un vidrio roto (anterior a nosotros) durante los 5 días que estuvimos. Comimos una vez en el hotel y en la cuenta se nos añadió un 17% más entre propinas impuestas e iva. En la habitación se escuchaba un ruido raro en el falso techo del baño. Las vistas (aunque pagamos una habitación superior con cama king size) daban a terrazas. Teníamos que andar como 300 metros desde la recepción hasta la habitación, estaba en un edificio anexo lejano, teniendo que cambiar de edificio y ascensores para ir al lobby o restaurante, no imagino donde estarán las habitaciones más básicas...
