Welcoming service is great. Breakfast is very good with lots of food variety. Coffee was fresh and entertaining with staffs in good attitude. Bed was clean and spotless. There was one staff in dining room was astonishing. Her name is Septi. She was very helpful and servicing guess with a very big smile. Go girl !!!

The reason I returned to the Novotel Tangerang was the excellent level of customer service that the staff members provide. On arrival I was greeted by name and that high level of personalised service continued throughout my stay. The hotel is a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and was ideal for me as I had a 24 hour stopover between flights.

Es un hotel a medio camino entre el aeropuerto y Jakarta con lo cual facilita la conexión con los vuelos domésticos y así evitar en cierta medida el caótico tráfico de Jakarta. Habitaciones grandes y limpias, se encuentra junto a un centro comercial que tiene acceso desde el propio hotel. Piscina muy bonita y ambientada. Buen y variado desayuno.

Buen hotel entre aeropuerto y centro ciudad

Yakarta tiene un tráfico horroroso y te pasarás horas en interminables atascos. Vengo regularmente a este hotel pues cerca de aeropuerto y conexión conveniente con las distintas zonas de la ciudad. Hotel está muy bien pues apertura reciente , con buenas instalaciones y diseño. Hotel habítual para Emirates y Qatar creas. Habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. Mi habitación tenía ventanal enorme pero no podía abrirse para tener un poco de aire fresco. Buen desayuno aunque zumos horrorosos...una pena! Wifi muy lenta Trato muy amigable. Precio razonable.

En general, toda la experiencia fue maravillosa. La atención del personal de recepción y de house keeping impecable. La vista desde el piso 16 que en realidad termina siendo un piso 20 por los pisos intermedios, es bella. La habitación es amplia y con un ventanal de piso a techo. El baño muy cómodo, todo extraordinariamente limpio. Si vuelvo a Tangerang, definitivamente me quedaría en ese hotel.
